摘要:By adjusting the heat input and adding interlayer alloy,the EBW cracking susceptibility of K465 cast superalloy with high content of Al+Ti is investigated. The results show that the hot crack tendency of superalloy can be improved by reducing the heat input and adding the interlayer with low content of Al+Ti. The main reason of hot crack is that the welds and low melting point liquid film such as carbide precipitated along the grain boundary in HAZ are subjected to stress. Realloying of weld metal by Fe-containing interlayer improves the plasticity and toughness of weld microstructure,destroys the continuity of low melting point phase such as carbide and eliminates the solidification crack in weld. And the EBW joints have excellent tensile property at room temperature and high temperature,but the high temperature endurance property is insufficient.

摘要:Aiming at the disadvantages of domestic electron beam deflection scanning coils such as low magnetic field strength,poor uniformity,and slow scanning speed,based on the working principle of the Helmholtz coil,the electron beam deflection scanning coil is designed with a hollow structure.The circuit topology of push and pull of output voltage is proposed,which doubles the driving voltage of the scanning coil,thereby increasing the speed of change of the driving current of the scanning coil. The current Hall sensor and PID adjustment circuit are used to design the driving current closed-loop control circuit,and the Lab View software is used to develop the electron beam high-speed scanning control program. The results show that the magnetic field intensity and uniformity of the scanning coil of the electron beam high-speed scanning system can meet the requirements of large-angle electron beam deflection scanning. The optimized design of the scanning coil drive circuit effectively increases the rate of change of the driving current and can realize high-speed electron beam scanning.
摘要:The research results on the properties of Cu-P brazing filler metals at home and abroad are reviewed from three aspects: plasticity of Cu-P brazing filler metals,alloying of Cu-P brazing filler metals and their brazed joints,and corrosion resistance of Cu-P brazed joints. The thermoplastic property of Cu-P brazing filler metals,the influence of alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of Cu-P brazing filler metals,dissolution and wetting spreading of Cu-P brazing filler metals to the base metal of brazed joints and their non-corrosion property in different service environment are mainly introduced. However,with the development of copper and copper alloy parts in the direction of integration,functionalization,and miniaturization,there are still the following problems in the development and application of Cu-P brazing filler metals: the lack of research on numerical simulation technology based on the thermoplastic forming of Cu-P brazing filler metals;ignore the research of high-performance Cu-P brazing filler metals;there are few researches on improving the corrosion resistance of Cu-P brazed joints.
摘要:The types of porosity in weld of CO2 arc welding can be classified into two categories(metallurgical reaction type and precipitation type),the natures of the porosity are CO porosity,hydrogen porosity and nitrogen porosity respectively.The formation of porosity consists of three stages of nucleation,growth and escape of bubbles. The sensitivity of CO2 arc welding to porosity is determined by the metallurgical properties of the process. Among the process influencing factors,Welding current,arc voltage,gas flow rate,power polarity and welding speed are the main factors that affect the porosity tendency. The inharmonious relationship between "small welding spatter and large porosity tendency" is related to the droplet transfer modes and the gas carrying behavior of the droplet. Strictly controlling the compositions of welding consumables,base metal and groove cleanliness are the necessary conditions to control the porosity in the weld,and adopting correct process parameters,auxiliary process and operation technology are the necessary conditions to control the porosity.

摘要:This article describes the main clauses of T/CWAN 0013-2019 "Specification for quality of aluminum and aluminum alloy wires and rods" and the differences between it and GB/T 10858-2008 "aluminum and aluminum alloy welding wire". The reasons for adding and changing these clauses are analyzed. The analysis shows that the formulation of this group standard can greatly promote the development of domestic aluminum and aluminum alloy welding wire,and provide a basis for the construction of the domestic welding material evaluation standard system. However,some clauses and cited documents of the standard are improper,and the relevant departments should make corrections as soon as possible or issue corresponding amendments.
摘要:In this study,a kind of low carbon bainite metal powder cored wire was used for butt welding,and the effects of different welding heat inputs on the microstructure,tensile properties and impact toughness of deposited weld metals were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of original weld(cover weld) and reheated zone in low carbon bainite deposited weld metals consists of granular bainite and quasi polygonal ferrite. The granular bainite content in the original weld metal and the reheated zone in the deposited weld metals first increases and then decreases with the increase of welding heat input. The yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the deposited weld metals also increase first and then decrease with the increase of welding heat input,which is directly related to the change of the microstructure. The maximum yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the deposited weld metals can be reached at the welding heat input of 17.9 kJ/cm,while the impact toughness decreases with the increase of welding heat input. The deposited weld metal at the heat input of 13.4 kJ/cm shows the best impact toughness at room temperature and -50 ℃,which is directly related to the fine grains with smaller heat input.
摘要:The steel roof of a project adopts a large-span box-shaped overhang structural system,which is composed of a large number of nodes and subsidiary bars,and the node ends are all bent and twisted structures. This paper describes the innovation and application of the key process technology of this node,through structural optimization,innovation of the combined bending process,and strengthening the welding quality control of the assembly of shaped members,thus reducing the number of bending and twisting structures of the whole roof,and achieving efficient production and high precision control.

摘要:Laser welding with filler wire and MIG welding are used for lap fillet weld of SUS301L stainless steel,and the differences of appearance of weld between these two welding methods are compared. The welding simulation of two welding methods is carried out by using Simufact. Welding software.The calculated molten pool shape is basically consistent with the experimental results. The temperature field,stress field and deformation under different welding methods are analyzed.Both laser welding and MIG welding are rapid heating and cooling processes,but the heat input of MIG welding is relatively large and the cooling rate is relatively slow comparing with laser welding. Larger effective stress exists in the heat affected zone of welds obtained by these two welding methods. The workpieces obtained by these two welding methods deform after complete cooling,and the deformation of MIG welding is large.

摘要:The application progress of metallurgical characterization techniques in Al/Cu dissimilar laser weld for power battery modules in new energy vehicle industries at home and abroad were reviewed,from the aspects of conventional destructive test,such as stereological observation,metallogra-phic examination,hardness testing and tensile testing. In the manufa-cturing industry of power battery for new energy vehicles,these inspection indexes still need to form a unified international,national or industry standard.

摘要:The influence of different phase matching between lead and trail machines on the arc of tandem twin wire pulsed gas shielded welding is studied. There are four stages in the phase matching of lead-trail machine twin wire coordinated welding. Mode 1 is that the lead and trail machines output pulses at the same time,at this time,the lead-trail machine pulse is in phase matching;mode 2 is that the lead machine arrives at the pulse peak stage,and the trail machine starts to output pulse;mode 3 is that the lead machine is at the pulse descending stage,and the trail machine outputs pulse;mode 4 is that the lead machine is at the basic value stage,and trial machine starts to output pulse. The second generation twin wire welding system newly developed by Panasonic is used to carry out welding test. The results show that in mode 1,because the two arc of lead-trail machines are in peak stage at the same time and completely coincide,the interference is large,resulting in large spatter. In mode 2,the peak phase of the lead-trail machines overlaps,and there is arc interference,which is smaller than that in mode 1,and there is also large spatter;In mode 3,the lead machine pulse droplet begins to fall off. If the trail machine starts to output pulse at the early stage of the lead machine pulse falling edge,it will produce arc impact on the metal transfer of the lead machine and generate spatter,which is smaller than that in mode 1 and mode 2. When the falling edge of the lead machine is close to the basic value,the trail machine outputs pulse again,the spatter is small and the arc is stable. In mode 4,the lead machine enters into the basic value stage and is in the arc maintenance period,and the current is small. At this time,the trail machine outputs pulses,and the arc of lead machine may be broken. If the arc of lead machine is normal,the welding effect is good,the spatter is small and the shape is beautiful. When the lead machine is at declining stage and droplets fall off,the trail machine outputs pulse,and the phase matching is the most appropriate and the welding effect is the best. When the set voltage or extension length of welding wire of the lead machine changes,the phase matching time is automatically adjusted.

摘要:Different processing techniques were used to process the welded joints of the bogie beam simulation box body. The residual stress of the treated butt joints was measured by X-ray diffraction method. The residual stresses of the simulated box body weld 7 under different processing conditions were compared. The results show that the overall heat treatment,local heat treatment and wind shovel vibration and impact can all relieve the residual stress of the welded joint of the simulated box body. The vibration and impact of the wind shovel can form a layer of residual compressive stress on the surface of the weld area and weld toe of the simulated box body joints. Local heat treatment can improve the residual stress of simulated box body joints after welding,and the peak tensile stress can be reduced by about 33%.However,the overall heat treatment has better improvement effect on the residual stress of simulated box body joints after welding than local heat treatment,and the peak tensile stress can be reduced by about 65%.

摘要:Laser arc hybrid welding technology is one of the new technologies vigorously researched and promoted by various industries in recent years. It has a good application prospect with good penetration,small welding heat input,easy control deformation,and has been applied in many fields. The application of laser arc hybrid welding in the medium heavy plate of railway vehicle bogie solves some shortcomings of traditional MAG welding. Combining the structural charac-teristics of the steel tube products for railway bogie beam,the difficulties in radiographic inspection of laser arc hybrid weld of bogie beam steel tube analyzed and solved,the microfocus rod anode technology is used to carry out circumferential exposure detection for laser arc hybrid welding girth weld of steel tube for bogie beam,and it is verified in the actual test,all kinds of defects in the weld can be detected accurately,the main factors affecting the welding quality of laser arc hybrid welding are found. The application of microfocus rod anode automatic radiographic testing technology in the weld inspection of medium heavy plate of bogie steel tube is studied,full coverage of weld is realized and the quality of weld is guaranteed.

摘要:Record and analysis of physical quantities in the friction stir welding process could provide significant data support for understanding joint formation process and factors which effect weld quality. In this paper,0.8 mm thick 1060-H24 ultra-thin aluminum plates were welded by micro friction stir welding,with the aim to study the changes of welding force and temperature in the welding process. A self-made monitoring system was used to measure the welding force and temperature under different tool rotation speeds in real time.The result of this study shows that the weld temperature reaches highest,that is about 350 ℃,when the stirring speed is 11 000 r/min. At that temperature,the base metal reached the plasticized state and weld metal has good fluidity. Therefore,the joint with high performance and a surface free from defect could be easily formed. After the stir tool is pressed into the base metal,in the initial stage of welding,the axial force is maintained at about 50 N. After 2 s,it rapidly drops to about 30 N and remains until the stir tool reaching the end of base metal. And in this process,the transverse force remains stable which is about 20~40 N with small positive fluctuations.

摘要:Several common acoustic methods,such as pulse reflection ultrasonic testing,time difference of diffraction ultrasonic testing,conventional linear array ultrasonic phased array and fully focused phased array,are effective means to detect buried defects in butt welds of pressure equipment.However,there are many differences in application scope,detection sensitivity,resolution and defect measurement accu-racy. In view of the above differences,this paper first expounds the detection principle,compares the differences and advan-tages and disadvantages of several methods,then compares the detection results of 43 mm thick butt weld simulation test plate,and analyzes the results,so as to clarify the application of these methods,which provides certain technical support for the detection of buried defects in butt weld of pressure equipment in the future.

摘要:ER4043 welding wire and ER4047 welding wire are selected respectively,and CMT welding is used to weld dissimilar materials of AA5754 aluminum alloy plate and DC56+Z50 galvanized steel plate.The mechanical properties and microstructure of aluminum/steel welded joints are studied by tensile,bending,fatigue and metallographic analysis.The results show that both ER4043 welding wire and ER4047welding wire can get well-formed weldments in CMT current mode.Tensile fracture occurs in weld on the side of aluminum,the thickness of intermetallic compound layer is less than 10μm,mainly Fe2Al5 and FeAl3.When using ER4043 welding wire with 60 A welding current,the tensile property of welded joint is ideal,and there is no crack in the welds.The fracture of the aluminum/steel lap joint occurs in weld on the side of aluminum.However,the fatigue property of joint fluctuates greatly,and the loading stress is only 63 MPa when fatigue life reaches 107 times.

摘要:E309L-16 austenitic stainless steel electrodes for core components of nuclear island still rely on import,which severely restricts the development of nuclear power industry in China. The effect of the as-welded ferrite content on the elongation of the deposited metal after heat treatment at 608℃×40 h is studied. The microstructure of heat treated deposited metal with more than 12% as-welded ferrite is analyzed,and the effect of the heat input and heat preservation time on the tensile properties of the deposited metal is studied. The test results show that when the ferrite content is over 12%,the δ-ferrite decomposition is very uneven,which causes the elongation of the deposited metal after fracture to fluctuate greatly. The elongation may be less than 18%. When the ferrite content increases to 17.8%,most of the δ-ferrite decompose and the σ phase is precipitated,which is the cause of brittle fracture. The heat input and heat preservation time have little effect on the elongation of the deposited metal.

摘要:By rationally adjusting the ferrite content of deposited metal on EQ309L,the elongation after fracture after long-term heat treatment is improved. The problem that tensile strength at room temperature can not be stable ≥520 MPa is solved by nitrogen-controlled treatment of EQ309L welding strip;by changing the ratio of carbonate,silicate and fluoride in welding flux,the process performance of welding flux is improved and the surface indentation and slag problem are solved. All performances of developed EQ309L stainless steel materials for submerged arc cladding with band-electrode,WEQ309 HR welding strip and WSJ309 HR agglomerated flux meet the requirements of nuclear power equipment manufacturing.Meanwhile,the influence rules of welding heat input,welding current and welding speed on the properties of EQ309L deposited metal are studied,and it is found that the material has a very wide range of process parameters applicability.

摘要:The research object is the "Fundamentals of Materials Science" and "Welding Metallurgy",which are pos-tgraduate courses of welding technology and engineering major in the School of Materials Science and Engineering. Teaching methods of postgraduate entrance examination for application-oriented undergraduate was researched by prepa-ration and implementation of teaching.
