Study of a fabrication process of a spatial multi-terminal bent and twisted box node
The steel roof of a project adopts a large-span box-shaped overhang structural system,which is composed of a large number of nodes and subsidiary bars,and the node ends are all bent and twisted structures. This paper describes the innovation and application of the key process technology of this node,through structural optimization,innovation of the combined bending process,and strengthening the welding quality control of the assembly of shaped members,thus reducing the number of bending and twisting structures of the whole roof,and achieving efficient production and high precision control.
