Ningbo Labor Safety and Technology Services Co.,Ltd. 脉冲反射法超声检测、衍射时差法超声检测、常规线阵超声相控阵和全聚焦相控阵等几种常用超声方法是承压设备对接焊缝埋藏缺陷检测的有效手段,其适用范围、检测灵敏度、分辨率、缺陷定量精度等方面存在众多差异。针对这些差异性,首先通过阐述检测原理比较几种方法的不同及其优缺点,其次针对43 mm厚的对接焊缝模拟试板进行检测比对,并分析结果,明确几种方法的适用情况,为今后承压设备对接焊缝埋藏缺陷的检测提供了一定的技术参考。 Several common acoustic methods,such as pulse reflection ultrasonic testing,time difference of diffraction ultrasonic testing,conventional linear array ultrasonic phased array and fully focused phased array,are effective means to detect buried defects in butt welds of pressure equipment.However,there are many differences in application scope,detection sensitivity,resolution and defect measurement accu-racy.
