Liquid cooling device is one of the auxiliary equipments of welding equipment,which plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality and effect of welding equipment. By analyzing the working principle of the device,the overall design scheme of the data acquisition system is defined. STM32 F103 RCT6 chip is selected as the embedded processor to design the hardware circuit and humancomputer interaction interface. The design idea and method of the data acquisition,processing and communication program of the liquid cooling device for welding equipment are also introudced,the state management of the liquid cooling device of welding equipment is realized,and a data acquisition system of the liquid cooling device for welding equipment with low cost,strong reliability,convenient operation and good human-machine interaction is developed.
