基于20余年国际焊接质量管理体系在国内的推广实践,综合认证机构要求,以客户为中心,形成了包括企业认证所需要的前期培训、咨询、审核等服务的焊接专业服务体系,经多年的应用与发展,以云平台技术为基础,进行研究探索。实践表明,基于云平台的焊接质量专业服务系统能够很好地实现系统所需功能,并能够让服务更便捷、更高效、更低碳绿色,同时可以大大降低服务人员由于长途差旅劳累而影响服务质量的因素,以及认证机构可随时监督服务过程而使得服务更加公开透明且质量可控,为焊接质量专业服务系统更好地服务装备制造业高质量发展奠定更坚实的基础!
Based on more than 20 years of promotion and practice of the international welding quality management system in China, and in accordance with the requirements of certification bodies, a customer-centric welding professional service system has been formed, which includes training, consulting, auditing and other services required for company certification. After years of application and development, research and exploration are conducted based on cloud platform technology. Practice has shown that a welding quality professional service system based on cloud platforms can effectively achieve the required functions of the system, making services more convenient, efficient, and low-carbon. At the same time, it can greatly reduce the factors that affect service quality due to long-distance travel fatigue for service personnel, and certification bodies can monitor the service process at any time, making services more open, transparent, and quality controllable, To lay a more solid foundation for the professional service system of welding quality to better serve the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry!
