我国钢桥制造业通过近十几年的努力,依托港珠澳大桥、沪苏通长江大桥、平潭海峡大桥、孟加拉国帕德玛大桥、深中通道、常泰长江大桥等超级桥梁工程,我国钢桥制造领域取得了长足进步,焊接技术也有了划时代的突破,如钢箱梁板单元自动化组装和焊接技术,U肋角焊缝双面焊,U肋角焊缝全熔透焊技术等。研发出高性能桥梁钢和配套焊材;引入并应用机器人焊接装备,建成了多条钢箱梁板单元焊接生产线和钢桁梁弦杆焊接生产线;采用小型焊接机器人实现小空间下的焊接自动化应用;采用先进的相控阵探伤技术和板单元破坏检测技术,整体提高了焊接质量。目前,我国正在由造桥大国向造桥强国迈进。
Through nearly a decade of efforts, China's steel bridge manufacturing industry has made significant progress in the field of steel bridge manufacturing, relying on super bridge projects such as the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge, the Shanghai Suzhou Yangtze River Bridge, the Pingtan Strait Bridge, the Padma Bridge in Bangladesh, the Shenzhong Passage, and the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge. The welding technology has also made groundbreaking breakthroughs, such as automated assembly and welding technology of steel box girder plate units, double-sided welding of U-rib fillet welds, Full penetration welding technology for U-rib fillet welds, etc. Developed high-performance bridge steel and supporting welding materials, introduced and applied robot welding equipment, and built multiple steel box girder plate unit welding production lines and steel truss chord welding production lines; Using small welding robots to achieve welding automation applications in small spaces; By adopting advanced phased array flaw detection technology and plate element damage detection technology, the overall welding quality has been improved and the overall level of steel bridge manufacturing in China has been enhanced. At present, China is moving from a bridge building country to a bridge building powerhouse.
