数字化焊接技术在机械制造、汽车等领域逐步应用并取得良好的效果。以轨道车辆EN15085焊接体系为载体,以人机料法环测等全要素数据管理为出发点,对现有焊接质量体系存在的问题进行了分析。深入阐述了建立全生命周期数字化焊接体系所需的各种关键技术,对其可行性及必要性进行了论证。结果表明,全生命周期焊接管理体系完全适合于轨道交通领域。能够大幅提升质量管理水平,降低人工成本,是迈向智慧焊接的必然途径。
Digital welding technology has been gradually applied in mechanical manufacturing, automobile and other fields and achieved good results. Based on EN15085 welding system of rail vehicle and the data management of man-machine method, the existing problems of welding quality system are analyzed in this paper. In this paper, the key technologies for establishing the whole life cycle digital welding system are described, and its feasibility and necessity are demonstrated. The results show that the whole life cycle welding management system is suitable for rail transit. It is an inevitable approach to intelligent welding to improve quality management and reduce labor cost.
