以不锈钢电阻点焊为例,分析了铬锆铜、铍铜、钨铜W80等材质电极对非等厚板电阻点焊熔核偏移的影响,通过制作形状完全相同的电极,在厚板侧采用铬锆铜电极,在薄板侧分别采用铬锆铜、铍铜、钨铜电极,在焊接参数一致的前提下焊接非等厚不锈钢,并对熔核尺寸和形貌进行对比分析。分析结果表明,在厚板侧采用铬锆铜电极,在薄板侧采用钨铜电极熔核偏移现象明显改善。
Taking stainless steel resistance spot welding as an example, the influence of Cr-Zr-Cu electrode, Be-Cu electrode, W-Cu electrode on nugget offset of non-equal thickness plate resistance spot welding was analyzed. By making electrodes with the same shape, Cr-Zr-Cu electrode was used on the side of thick plate, and Cr-Zr-Cu, Be-Cu, W-Cu electrode was used on the side of thin plate. Under the premise of consistent welding parameters, nugget size and thickness and morphology was analyzed. The analysis results show that the phenomenon of nugget shift is obviously improved by using Cr-Zr-Cu electrode on the thick plate side and W-Cu electrode on the thin plate side.
