目前行业内缺少功能多且实用有效的焊接加工能耗在线检测方法,针对此问题,提出并构建了在线检测体系,开发出一套实用性较强的能耗检测系统,实现钛合金板翅式换热器壳体在激光填丝焊接过程中关键能耗参数的获取,并通过试验验证了检测系统及方法的有效性,表明其可以广泛应用于零部件在焊接加工过程中的能耗监测、分析管理及节能优化研究。这将有助于对焊接加工能耗进行合理有效的评价,为未来制定焊接能耗检测方法标准和绿色工厂评价等提供技术支撑。
In view of the lack of functional, practical and effective online detection methods for welding energy consumption in the industry, an online detection system was proposed and constructed, and a set of practical energy consumption detection system was developed to achieve the acquisition of key energy consumption parameters of titanium alloy plate-fin heat exchanger shell in the process of laser wire filling welding. The effectiveness of the detection system and method was verified through experiments. The results show that it can be widely used in energy consumption monitoring, analysis management and energy saving optimization of parts in welding process. This will help to evaluate the welding industry in a reasonable and effective way, and provide technical support for the future establishment of welding energy consumption detection standards and green factory evaluation.
