在线补焊修复大型转机设备核心部件轴瓦的耐磨复合金属缺损区是一种减损降耗的高效检修方法。但由于这类轴瓦自重大、位置调整难以及复合金属层的低熔点、液态易流散等物理特性,使得其长期以来只限于在平焊位置进行。这些难点限制了在线修复作业的实施,成为修复轴瓦缺陷修复的难题。针对补焊只限于平焊位置以及轴瓦调整姿态难题,研制了调整轴瓦焊接及修复姿态的专业设备,研发了消减耐磨合金液态焊缝成形不利因素的工具,并针对轴瓦基体金属与耐磨层合金的异种金属焊接熔合性差的难题,改进使用浅熔深、易熔合的操作方法。这一系列改进措施经过实践证明能有效克服难题,使得在线全面优质高效焊接修复伤损耐磨合金层工作能够顺利实施。
Repairing the composite metal layer of bearing bush of large rotating equipment by online repair welding is a least costly repair method. However, the welding can only be carried out in horizontal position because of the heavy bearing, the difficulty of adjusting the bearing Angle, the low melting point of composite metal and the easy flow of liquid. These difficulties limit the implementation of online repair work and form the difficult problem of repairing bearing bush defects. For repair welding only horizontal position welding, as well as the bearing rotation fixed is difficult,the professional equipment for adjusting the bearing bush welding and repair posture has been innovated, and the tools for reducing the adverse factors of the formation of wear-resistant alloy liquid welds have been developed. For poor fusion of dissimilar metal welding between bearing base metal and wear-resistant layer alloy, using the shallow penetration, easy operating method of fusion. This series of improvement measures can effectively overcome the difficulties through practice, so that online comprehensive high quality and efficient welding repair damaged wear-resistant alloy layer work can be implemented smoothly.
