激光焊接环焊缝收弧质量控制研究

收弧坑是激光焊接固有的缺陷,为了减小收弧坑对薄壁环焊缝接头成形及力学性能的影响,对2 mm厚30CrMnSi高强钢筒体进行了激光焊对接试验,研究激光焊接收弧坑形成的原因,分析工艺参数对收弧坑成形的影响,对收弧段焊缝的接头进行了微观组织和力学性能测试。试验结果表明,收弧时间和焊接速度对收弧坑深度影响较大,当收弧时间为2 s,焊接速度从1.2 m/min匀速增加至2.4 m/min可以获得较好的收弧段焊缝成形,收弧坑深度为0.08 mm,拉伸试验表明收弧坑对焊接接头抗拉强度无明显影响,焊缝质量和力学性能满足QJ 20659-2016中一级焊缝要求。
The arc crater is an inherent defect of laser welding. In order to reduce the influence of the arc crater on the formation and mechanical properties of the thin-walled girth weld joint, a laser welding butt test was carried out on a 2 mm thick 30CrMnSi high-strength steel cylinder, and the laser welding receiving arc crater was studied. The formation reasons and the influence of process parameters on the forming of the arc crater, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld joints of the arc segment are tested. The results show that the arc time and welding speed have a greater influence on the depth of the arc crater. When the time is 2 s, the welding speed can be increased from 1.2 m/min to 2.4 m/min at a constant speed to obtain a better arc closing section weld formation,the arc closing crater depth is 0.08 mm. The tensile test shows that the arc closing The pit has no obvious influence on the tensile strength of the welded joint, and the quality and mechanical properties of the weld meet the requirements of the first-level weld in QJ 20659-2016.
