综合评价现行焊接作业场所各类治理模式以及目前应用较为广泛的焊接作业厂房治理模式,并对每一种治理模式的方式、优劣进行分析。着重讨论整体治理模式的发展及应用,并介绍了分布式整体治理模式的案例应用。基于传统的整体厂房治理理念,针对用户个性化需求,在牺牲一定舒适性功能条件下,开发了分布式整体治理系统。分布式整体治理系统专门针对于焊接及其他热工艺厂房,运用整体厂房分层送风理念,采用一种小型一体化治理机组,通过联网集控分区联控,真正实现整个车间的分区整体治理。目前,分布式整体治理系统已在实际项目中成功应用,由于牺牲了一些舒适性功能,总体投资成本减少20%以上,具有很好的推广应用价值。未来,还将根据实际应用情况,在系统中引入岗位新风、辅助采暖等功能,进一步强化系统的适应能力,使产品更具生命力。
Various air treatment modes of the current welding workplace are comprehensively evaluated. Based on the traditional overall workplace air treatment concept, the distributed overall workplace air treatment system is developed,according to the personalized needs of users and at the expense of certain comfort functions. The distributed overall workplace air treatment system is specially designed for welding and other hot process workshops. It uses the concept of stratified air supply of the overall workplace, adopts a group of small integrated air treatment units. It truly realizes the zoning air treatment of the whole workshop, through networking centralized control and zoning joint control. At present, the distributed overall workplace air treatment system has been successfully applied in practical projects. Due to the sacrifice of some comfort functions, the overall investment cost is reduced by more than 20%, which has good popularization and application value. In the future, the post fresh air, auxiliary heating and other functions will be intraduced into the distributed overall workplace air treatment system according to the actual application. This will be further strengthen the adaptability of the distributed overall workplace air treatment system and make the products more vitality.
