The results show that: under the action of different laser energy densities, the organic dirt layer on the surface of clay sculpture relics will appear ablation effect and vibration effect, the combustion phenomenon will appear in the process of ablation effect removal, accompanied by a large number of white smoke, and the organic dirt layer cracking and granular splash phenomenon will appear in the process of vibration effect removal, the main damage forms of the substrate after removing the organic dirt layer are burning damage and pit damage. 激光清洗 泥塑 有机污物 去除机理 laser cleaning clay sculpture organic pollutants removal mode 前言 1 大量泥塑文物在露天保存过程中，易受到各类污物的腐蚀与破坏，造成珍贵文物的永久型损坏，因此需要定期、无损的清洗与维护，延长文物的保存寿命。以甘肃西部敦煌研究院保护的天梯山石窟为例（见 图1 图1 ），高28 m的大型佛像在露天保护过程中，大量鸟粪类有机污物沉积在佛像表面，其中含有的尿酸盐、铵、氮、磷酸、草酸、碳酸盐、硝酸钾等成分会对文物表面产生不同程度的腐蚀损伤行为，并且鸟粪类沉积物在长期日照风化和扩散作用的影响下，会形成硬度约为2~3级、密度约为1.65~1.71 g/cm 3 的斜方晶系高硬沉积层 ［ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ］ 。目前，应用于泥塑文物清洗的方法主要有水蒸汽清洗法、化学清洗法、粒子喷射清洗法、激光清洗方法等。但是，常规的化学清洗或机械摩擦清洗易对文物基体造成不可逆的损伤，并不适用于珍贵文物表面有机污物的频繁清洗 ［ 4 4 - 5 5 4-5 ］ 。 目前，激光清洗已在金属文物的表面清洗领域得到了一些典型应用 ［ 6 6 - 12 12 6-12 ］ 。例如J. F. Asums等 ［ 13 13 - 14 14 13-14 ］ 和张秉坚等 ［ 15 15 ］ 研究了文物表面污物的清洗技术及其清洗效果，得出激光清洗精度高，效果远好于以往清洗技术。蒋德宾等 ［ 16 16 ］ 使用激光清洗技术去除青铜器表面的污物及有害物质中发现青铜器表面的污染物被有效去除并且会形成一道可以有效保护青铜器本身的致密薄膜。S. Siano等 ［ 17 17 - 18 18 17-18 ］ 对金属类文物进行系统性清洗试验，结果表明调Ｑ激光器能有效去除银币表面的银盐与镀金青铜表面的硬壳。由于泥塑类文物的清洗难度相较于金属类文物更高，基材易受到损伤，因此相关研究较少，还需要针对清洗机理和损伤行为等开展研究。 文中通过分析激光热源特性对鸟粪类有机污物的热作用模式，研究不同去除模式的能量阈值及对基材的损伤行为，提出最优的激光清洗模式与工艺过程，为泥塑文物保护过程中的激光清洗工艺提供理论依据与参考。 试验材料及方法 1 试验材料 2 试验选用敦煌佛像制土和甘肃当地鸟类排泄物，模拟泥塑文物表面有机污物制样，有机污物层厚约8 mm，样品尺寸为Φ40 mm×20 mm，如 图2 图2 所示。 试验方法 2 选用HY-TS20A脉冲光纤激光器，光源类型为高斯光源，激光器参数为：激光器波长1 064 nm；激光功率调节范围0~20 W；激光脉冲宽度调节范围1~350 ns；脉冲频率调节范围10~2 000 kHz；最小光斑直径30 μm；焦距210 mm；输出光束质量M2≤1.3；工作时电力需求为220V±22V/50 Hz/12 A；设备冷却方式采用高精度恒温（闭环风冷）；工作温度范围0~40 ℃。实验中激光器参数为：激光能量密度0.212~0.398 J/cm 2 ，脉冲频率30 kHz，脉冲宽度300 ns，光斑直径400 μm。采用上述激光参数作用到试样表面的有机污物层，使用OLYMPUS i-speed3型高速摄像机和工业显微镜高清镜头采集激光清洗过程。为了更好地观察成形过程，便于后期图像处理分析，选用波长532 nm的窄带滤光片滤除强光，并用HSX-F300型氙灯作为辅助光源。实验系统如 图3 图3 所示。 试验结果与分析 1 有机污物层烧蚀去除过程分析 2 当激光能量密度为0.265 J/cm 2 时，高速摄像采集系统拍摄到有机污物层出现烧蚀去除过程，选取一段有机污物层烧蚀去除的高速摄像视频进行分帧处理，处理完成图片如 图4 图4 所示。 图4 图4 a是激光开始作用到有机污物层，随着激光的继续作用，有机污物层在激光作用区域上方出现了大量的白烟（见 图4 图4 b），有机污物层在激光的继续作用下出现燃烧火焰（见 图4 图4 c）。 图4 图4 d是有机污物层在激光作用下出现烧蚀去除后的形貌，激光作用区域有机污物层被烧蚀发黑而被去除。 对于激光清洗有机污物层过程出现烧蚀去除分析如下：当脉冲激光作用到泥塑表面有机污物层时，激光作用区域有机污物层会瞬间吸收激光能量，有机污物层接收的激光能量将转化为热能，有机污物层温度将会快速升高，达到其燃点，所产生的热效应会破坏有机污物层自身结构，将其从泥塑表面去除，示意图如 图5 图5 所示。 1;2;3; 以上研究表明，激光清洗泥塑文物表面有机污物层时，当激光能量密度达到0.265 J/cm 2 时，会产生烧蚀去除现象，去除过程出现燃烧现象并伴随大量烟尘产生，激光清洗结束后，泥塑文物表面激光作用区域出现烧蚀后的黑斑。 有机污物层振动去除过程分析 2 当激光能量密度为0.371 J/cm 2 时，通过高速摄像采集系统拍摄到清洗过程中有机污物出现振动去除现象，同样进行分帧处理，处理完成图片如 图6 图6 所示。 图6 图6 a是激光光束作用到有机污物层，有机污物层出现开裂现象；由图 6b 6b 、 6c 6c 可以看到，有机污物层在激光继续作用下出现颗粒状飞溅。 图6 图6 d是有机污物层激光作用区域喷溅去除后的形貌。 激光清洗泥塑文物表面有机污物层时，有机污物层出现振动去除现象的原因如下：实验中采用纳秒脉冲激光，当单个脉冲作用到有机污物层表面时，有机污物层和泥塑文物基底吸收激光的能量，但是由于作用时间极短，有机污物层和泥塑文物基底层的加热和冷却过程都是瞬时完成，产生的热膨胀作用会使有机污物层和泥塑文物基底界面处产生较大的应力梯度，从而引起振动波，在界面处形成的热应力大于有机污物层与泥塑文物基底表面的粘合力，最终导致有机污物层从泥塑文物基底上被剥落掉，产生开裂和喷溅去除现象。有机污物层振动去除效应如 图7 图7 所示。 1;2;3; 综上所述，激光清洗泥塑文物表面有机污物过程中会出现烧蚀去除现象和振动去除现象，当激光能量密度达到0.265 J/cm 2 时，出现烧蚀去除现象，当激光能量密度达到0.371 J/cm 2 时，振动去除现象更加明显。对于激光清洗泥塑文物表面有机污物过程中无论出现烧蚀去除还是振动去除，都有一定的效果。因此可以采用不同的去除形式相结合的方法，达到最佳的清洗效果。 激光清洗有机污物层对泥塑基体损伤行为分析 2 采用激光清洗技术清除文物表面的有机污物层，必须考虑这项技术在清除过程中是否会对文物本体造成损伤，这是文物保护的首要和关键问题。泥塑表面有机污物层去除时，难以动态实时把控去除过程，实现基体无损，这将导致泥塑表面有机污物层逐渐被去除后，激光直接作用到泥塑基体表面，从而损伤基体。为了清晰观察到激光对于泥塑基体的损伤形式，试验中将激光光束直接作用到未覆盖有机污物层的泥塑基体表面，观察泥塑基体损伤情况。 通过实验结果观察到当激光能量密度达到0.265 J/cm 2 时，泥塑基体主要出现灼烧损伤；而当激光能量密度达到0.371 J/cm 2 时，泥塑基体主要出现凹坑损伤，如 图8 图8 所示。因此激光清洗过程中需要改变激光能量密度来控制热输入进而避免基材的损伤。 结论 1 针对泥塑文物表面有机污物的激光清洗实验，采用激光参数为波长1 064 nm，脉冲频率30 kHz，脉冲宽度300 ns，光斑直径400 μm，激光能量密度为0.212~0.398 J/cm 2 ，得到以下结论： （1）纳秒脉冲激光作用到泥塑文物表面有机污物层时，主要出现烧蚀去除效应和振动去除效应。有机污物层去除后泥塑基体主要出现凹坑损伤和灼烧损伤。 （2）有机污物层在激光能量密度为0.265 J/cm 2 时出现分解燃烧去除，去除过程中产生大量白烟。在激光能量密度为0.371 J/cm 2 时有机污物层出现喷溅去除，过程中出现开裂现象，并伴随着颗粒状飞溅，有机污物层逐渐被去除。 （3）实验中表明，激光清洗泥塑文物表面有机污物过程中，采用静态工艺参数很难实现泥塑文物表面有机污物完全去除且基材无损，因此后续研究需要通过对清洗过程激光能量密度调控来控制热输入，从而保证基材无损。 参考文献 王宽心 . 石化系统铵盐结晶沉积预测及腐蚀规律研究 ［D］. 浙江 ： 浙江理工大学 ， 2014 . 石化系统铵盐结晶沉积预测及腐蚀规律研究 Ammonium Salt Crystal Deposition Prediction and Corrosion Behavior of Petrochemical ［D］.
