对壁厚4.0 mm的6005A-T6铝合金侧墙型材实施搅拌摩擦焊,分析焊后接头组织和疲劳性能,讨论了不同疲劳试验方案的可行性。采用等效结构应力计算法与Abaqus有限元分析相结合的方法,研究基于主S-N曲线法的铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳性能,结果表明:设计L型卡具加载方案可行,试验夹具加载方式的不同对接头疲劳性能存在一定的影响;短螺栓L型卡具辅助弯曲疲劳试验可以很好地规避螺栓连接的影响,并且可实现预期的接头焊根位置开裂失效模式。对搭接接头在承受较为苛刻的载荷环境下,尤其焊根缺口位置出现较高应力集中时,疲劳寿命下降比较严重。经对疲劳试样断口分析,冷搭位置不具备连接强度。
Friction stir welding was applied on 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy side wall profiles with a wall thickness of 4.0 mm. The microstructure and fatigue properties of the joints after welding were analyzed, and the feasibility of different fatigue test schemes was discussed. By means of the research method combining equivalent structural stress calculation method and Abaqus finite element analysis, the fatigue performance of the friction stir welded joint of aluminum alloy profiles based on the main S-N curve method is studied. The results show that the L-shape fixture loading scheme is feasible and the test fixture is loaded with different methods have a certain influence on the fatigue performance of the joint.The short bolt L-shape fixture-assisted bending fatigue test can well avoid the influence of the bolted connection, and can achieve the expected cracking failure mode at the welding root position of the joint. The fatigue life of the lap joint is seriously reduced when the lap joint is subjected to a relatively harsh load environment, especially when there is a high stress concentration at the position of the weld root notch. According to the fracture analysis of the fatigue specimen, the cold lap position does not have the connection strength.
