Welding is a key link in the manufacturing process of pressure equipment. The performance and stability of welding materials play a key role in the manufacturing quality of pressure equipment and determine the final performance of pressure equipment. R307 L electrode and H08 Cr Mo（H）/JWF201（H） submerged-arc welding materials for 15 Cr Mo R（H）steel are developed. The welding process and properties of deposited metal are studied. Taking the properties of welded joint as the main evaluation index, after adopting various heat treatments including simulated head thermal forming, the test data still maintain excellent level. The microstructure of welded joint is analyzed, and the microstructure of weld is mainly ferrite with a little bainite and pearlite.
