Aiming at the brazing problem of the new valve structure, a set of brazing solutions for the valve of precision thinwalled parts has been developed. The project content includes the research and development of composite coating brazing filler materials for the process and reliability requirements of the brazing connection of the screw and cap weldment; the design and manufacture of the automatic high frequency brazing equipment and induction coil for the base material with low melting point and easy to burn; the brazing parameters such as brazing current,brazing time, brazing position are adjusted, and a set of mature automatic high-frequency brazing process are explored. The overall brazing solution has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and greenness, and successfully solves the technical problems of automatic brazing for the screw of the valve nozzle assembly and the base of the sensor, and passes the tensile test and air tight test after brazing, meeting the brazing quality demands and improving the production efficiency and the qualified rate of the finished product. At present, this project has been applied in practical production.
