The multi-pass welding within the groove butt of ERNiCrMo-3 was operated by the gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW),and the deposited metal was obtained for microstru-cture observation and mechanical properties analysis. The microstructure of deposited metal is dominated by dendrite crystals. The precipitates which are Laves phase,NbC/TiN and δphase are mainly located in the interdendritic core. From the bottom to the top in the deposition direction,the hardness gradually decreases. Various precipitates in the deposited metal have no adverse effect on impact and tensile properties.
