Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd. 在深海浮式FPSO项目中,奥氏体不锈钢材料在其内转塔式单点系泊系统中油气管线的应用较多。内转塔式单点系统检验空间狭小,部分焊口无法进行RT检验。超声相控阵技术不断发展,成为代替射线检测的有效手段之一,但奥氏体不锈钢焊缝中较粗大的晶粒是需要克服的难点,小管径、薄壁更是增加了发射损失大等困难。通过加工不同规格的奥氏体不锈钢校准试块和认证试块,以及大量实验对相控阵技术检测该材料管线进行可行性分析,制定出针对某些特定规格的奥氏体不锈钢的相控阵扫查工艺。 During the fabrication of deep-sea floating FPSO project,austenitic stainless steel has been widely used for oil and gas pipelines in the inner turret single point mooring system. It is impractical to apply RT inspection due to the narrow inspection space. PAUT is one of the best methods in lieu of RT and highly developed in recent years,the coarser grain of austenitic stainless steel weld is the difficulty to be overcome,and the small diameter and thin wall increase multiple difficulties such as large emission loss.
