Bogie frame is an important part of high-speed train.The welding quality of bogie frame is the key factor to determine the quality of bogie.It is urgent to strengthen the control of welding production process through information system.The intelligent welding group control system,a platform for bogie frame welding process management and control,is established based on the Internet of things,big data and cloud computing technology.The system is applied to monitor the status of welding machine in real time,realize online control of welding process parameters,digital management of welding process and statistical analysis of data,have improved the ability of welding production management,and provided important data support for managers to optimize the production process,allocate resources and assess welders.
