In this article,an automatic welding production line is designed for the body bolster of the railway wagons.Different work stations and logistics measures are set according to the welding manufacturing technology to achieve the assembly line operation mode,to manage and control a series of technological processes such as materials feeding,grouping,welding and cutting through the automatic and digital controlling system,to collect the working condition of the field equipment and welding process data in real-time through the control system,and to upload to the central control system through the bus mode,display the process status digitally,and the centralized monitoring of production line and process is realized by interface with MES system.
