6A02铝合金双面搅拌摩擦焊工艺及接头力学性能研究 Study on double-sided friction stir welding technology and joint mechanical properties of 6A02 aluminum alloy 陈红 CHEN Hong 1 first-author 云南机电职业技术学院 云南机电职业技术学院 Yunnan Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology Yunnan Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology 分析20 mm厚6A02铝合金双面搅拌摩擦工艺对接头组织及常规力学性能的影响,并研究了拉伸和疲劳裂纹断口特征,研究结果表明:搅拌针针长的不同会明显影响6A02铝合金双面搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能;当针长过短时,接头横向侧弯试样中心极易出现裂纹,疲劳试验在指定的循环载荷与应力比的条件下无法达到指定的循环次数即发生断裂;当针长与压入量匹配合适时,拉伸、弯曲与疲劳试验性能良好,同时发现接头抗拉强度随搅拌针针长的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势;当搅拌针针长为11 mm时,接头抗拉强度可达到244 MPa,为母材抗拉强度的82.7%。 In this paper,the influence of 20 mm thick 6A02 aluminum alloy double-sided friction stir process on the joint microstructure and conventional mechanical properties is analyzed,and the tensile and fatigue fracture characteristics are studied. The results show that the different lengths of the stirring needles will significantly affect the mechanical properties of 6A02 aluminum alloy double-sided friction stir welded joint.When the needle length is too short,it is easy to appear cracks in the center of the transverse lateral bending specimen of the joint. When the fatigue test fails to reach the specified number of cycles under the condition of specified cyclic load and stress ratio,fracture occurs. When the needle length matches with the pressure,the tensile,bending and fatigue test performance are good,and it is found that the tensile strength of the joint increases first and then reduces as the needle length of stirring increases.When the stirring needle length is 11 mm,the tensile strength of the joint can reach 244 MPa,which is 82.7% of the tensile strength of the base material. 双面搅拌摩擦焊 铝合金 焊接工艺 力学性能 friction stir welding aluminum alloy welding process mechanical properties TG453.9 云南省教育厅科学研究基金项目（2020J0974） 2022-03-08 3 51
