摘要

FPSO是常见的海洋工程装备,通常设计为集生产、储油、卸油为一体的船型结构,其系泊系统类型众多。内转塔式单点系泊系统最为复杂,将系泊系统内置在FPSO月池中,通过焊接实现单点系泊系统与FPSO的连接,连接焊缝焊接质量与尺寸要求极为严格,焊缝质量问题或者尺寸偏差都会对FPSO整体性能产生不利影响。探讨了关键集成焊口施工的质量控制方法。

Abstract

FPSO is a kind of off-shore engineering equipment,which is designed as vessel type integrating production,storage and off-loading. There are various kinds of mooring system for FPSO. AS the most sophisticated mooring system,BMIT（bottom mounted internal turret） will be integrated into FPSO,mainly through welding. The requirement is very strict for both welding and dimension,any weld defect or out-of-tolerance will cause negative effect to overall performance of FPSO. This text details the quality control methods of integration welds.
