The development and application of automatic cutting and welding technology for the overall replacement of valve in the primary circuit under radioactive environment are introduced,and the radiation protection measures and radioactive dust treatment during the project implementation are discussed.The development and implementation of this overall replacement technology provides great support for adopting conservative maintenance strategies for important nuclear-level equipment in the primary circuit,and exploits the maintenance and replacement methods for important equipment of nuclear power unit.
