摘要

通过对不同焊接参数下的2024铝合金L向搅拌摩擦焊接接头几何形貌进行数据采集,采用相关性分析其与焊接参数的关系以及对接头性能的敏感程度,最终确定联系焊接参数与接头性能的中间值,即接头特征值,并举例说明接头特征值对接头性能的判据。

Abstract

This paper aims at the determination of eigen value of 2024 aluminium friction stir welding（FSW） joint. By collecting data on the geometry of the 2024 aluminum alloy Ldirection friction stir welding joint under different welding parameters. The sensitivity of joint microstructure information to welding parameter was calculated by the correlation analysis.The eigen value of 2024 FSW joint was determined by further correlation analysis between joint microstructure information and property of welded joint. An example was given to illustrate the criterion of joint eigen value to joint performance.
