Dongfang Electric Corporation Dongfang Turbine Co.,Ltd. 3D打印增材制造是近年新兴的一种快速、节材的材料成型方法,应用前景十分诱人,但如何通过工艺参数控制显微组织以获得满意的力学性能,特别是对于大型、且形状及受力复杂的工件,目前是一个挑战。采用3D打印工艺制造长1 450 mm的超大尺寸TC4钛合金叶片,分析其化学成分和金相组织,并进一步测试其力学性能,分析讨论力学性能不满足要求的原因。结果表明:3D打印成型过程中光斑直径选用过大、热处理制度不当,不仅造成叶片的微观组织不均匀,降低其力学性能,而且叶片还存在力学性能各向异性的问题。这对于推进3D打印的工程化应用具有一定的借鉴价值。 3D printing is a new material forming process in recent years,which is so attractive due to its high efficiency and materials saving. However so far there is a big challenge on how to control the microstructure meeting the requirements of mechanical properties, especially under the complex loading for the super-size parts. The selection of parameters in process has a remarkable impact on the final performance of the product. This paper prepared a super-size TC4 titanium alloy blades with a length of 1 450 mm by 3D printing process. The chemical composition was analyzed and the microstructure was observed. Furthermore,the correspon-ding mechanical properties were carried out. It was discussed for the microstructure to affect the properties. The results showed that the large diameter of the light spot and the improper heat treatments were used in the molding process, which made the microstructure o f the blade unevenly and resulted in the mechanical properties decreasing for the blade. In addition,the anisotropy of the mechanical properties existed in the 3D printed blade.
