双金属带锯条具有切削精度高、材料损耗低、工作效率高等优点,在金属切割领域中的应用日益广泛,市场需求不断增加。针对双金属带锯条焊接制造研制了一台精密焊接电源,它以32位微型控制器(ARM)芯片STM32F103RCT6为核心,通过STM32内部的脉冲调制模块经驱动电路生成IGBT控制信号,配合采样电路并利用增量式PI算法实现对电源输出的精准控制。介绍双金属带锯条精密焊接电源的主电路拓扑结构、工作原理以及电源控制系统软硬件设计。结果表明,该焊接电源设计合理,输出动态响应速度快、稳定性好、恒电流控制效果佳。
Double metal saw blade has features of high cutting precision,low material loss and high work efficiency. In the field of metal cutting,its application in the metal cutting field is increasingly widespread and the market demand is also growing. For the welding of the double metal saw blade,a precision welding power source is developed. This welding power source takes the 32 bit microcontroller STM32F103RCT6 as the main control core,its IGBT control signals are generated by STM32 internal pulse modulation module through the drive circuit,and it uses sampling circuit and incremental PI algorithm to realize the accurate control of power output. The topological structure of main power circuit,the working principle and the hardware and software design of this precision welding power source for double metal saw blade are introduced in details. The results show that the welding power source is reasonable and reliable,has fast output dynamic response speed,adjustable frequency and excellent constant-current control effect.
