During the project construction

plenty of welders work in different area and are managed by different subcontractors

the personnel flow is large

and field welder tracking has always been a weak link in welder management. In this paper

a hand-terminal system is developed

which can easily realize the welder information

certificate information and project ownership information under off-line state

and alarm and intercept the blacklist welder

which can significantly improve the efficiency of the spot welder mana-gement and effectively reduce the quality risk brought by the welder management.
