基于二维探测器的X射线衍射法,研究MIG焊、激光焊和激光-MIG复合焊的SUS301L-MT不锈钢接头的残余应力分布。结果表明:3种焊接工艺所得接头的残余应力分布趋势均呈"M"形;焊缝及热影响区内为拉应力,母材区域为压应力,应力峰值均出现在热影响区内;MIG焊接头具有最高的纵向残余应力(631 MPa)和横向残余应力(400 MPa),激光焊和激光-MIG复合焊接头的残余应力值基本相同,纵向和横向分别约为490 MPa和360 MPa。
The residual stress distribution of SUS301 L-MT welded joints by the processes of MIG welding,laser welding and laserMIG hybrid welding were studied X-ray diffraction of two dimensional detector. The results showed that residual stresses under the three welding processes were distributed in "M" pattern,with tensile stress in weld zone and HAZ zone and compressive stress in base zone. The peak stress value was in HAZ zone. The peak longitudinal stress of 631 MPa and peak transverse stress of 400 MPa were found in the MIG welded joints. The residual stresses of laser welded joints and laser-MIG hybrid welded joints were almost the same,with the peak longitudinal stress 490 MPa and peak transverse stress 360 MPa.
