研究不同脉冲频率对A6N01铝合金焊接接头抗拉强度、弯曲性能以及显微硬度的影响。结果表明,不同的脉冲频率下,1 Hz的焊接接头抗拉强度平均值、焊接接头强度系数平均值最高,0 Hz的焊接接头断后伸长率平均值、强塑积平均值、焊接接头的综合强韧水平最高。不同的脉冲频率对焊接接头的显微硬度的影响不明显。当脉冲频率为0 Hz时,得到的焊接接头综合质量最优。
The effects of different pulse frequency on the tensile strength,bending properties and micro-hardness of the A6 N01 aluminum alloy welded joints were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the welded joints at fx=1 Hz had the highest mean value of the tensile strength and the highest strength coefficient,and the welded joints at fx=0 Hz had the highest mean value of the elongation and strength-ductility balance and the best comprehensive strength and toughness. But the effect of different pulse frequency on the microhardness of the welded joints was not obvious. Hence the weld joints had the best combination properties when the pulse frequency was 0 Hz.
