摘要:The morphology,nature,influence factors and control principles of type Ⅳ cracks in HAZ of 9%Cr steel joints are reviewed.The results show that the type Ⅳ cracks occurring in the fine grained region and critical region of the HAZ of the joints extend in series with creep voids or microvoids generated by coarse precipitates along grain boundaries,which belongs to typical brittle fracture cracks with creep damage properties. The inhomogeneous martensite+carbide+trace δ-ferrite microstructure is the organizational factor for the formation of type Ⅳ cracks. The width of HAZ has an obvious effect on the creep fracture strength of the joints,adding proper amount of B in the base metal gives the welded joints good creep fracture resistance(containing resistance to type IV crack),the influence of welding procedure factors can not be ignored. Optimizing the composition and microstructure of the base metal is a essential condition for controlling the trend of the type Ⅳ crack,and the correct procedure measures are sufficient conditions for controlling the trend of the type Ⅳ crack.

摘要:Understanding the physical characteristics of plasma of welding heat source contributes to its process optimization. In YAG laser+ double pulsed GMAW hybrid welding process,the laser beam and two arcs are in the same molten pool. The coupling effect of three heat sources with different properties makes the physical characteristics of plasma more complex in hybrid laser-double MIG welding than any other welding methods. The physical characteristics of hybrid plasma such as radiation intensity,electron temperature and electron density are studied based on spectroscopic technique combining with high-speed photography. The results show that there is no new spectral line after laser addition; radiation intensity is more intensive than that of double MIG welding. Arc column near the laser point on the surface of molten pool shrinks obviously under the influence of laser beam,the two arcs are drawn to close to laser beam according to the minimum voltage principle. Metal particles are ionized because of intense thermal effects and gather on the surface of the workpiece and near the laser beam. The electron temperature and density in the local area increase,providing an additional ionization channel for the arc,which makes the arc more stable.

摘要:The electrical signal acquisition system is the main component of the welding equipment,and the collected electrical signals can be used for the welding process and the analysis of the welding effect. According to the principle of wavelet packet denoising,this paper designs the electrical signal acquisition circuit,selects the appropriate acquisition card module,builds the welding electrical signal acquisition system device and uses this system to carry out the aluminum alloy double pulse MIG welding test. Pulse current and corresponding time parameters are collected into several typical electrical signal waveforms such as smooth transition of welding process,fast wire feeding,large droplet transition and arc breaking,and the corresponding appearance of weld appearance. The results show that by performing wavelet filtering and analysis on the collected electrical signals,combined with the quality of the weld,the welding parameters can be obtained by changing the welding current waveform parameters,thus verifying the importance of the collection of welding electrical signal to the welding process.

摘要:BROCO underwater welding electrodes are used for multi-layer welding of 16 mm thick Q345 steel plates under onshore condition and underwater conditions,respectively. Microstructures and hardness distribution of the joints are analyzed,and thermo-mechanical analysis of different welding processes is performed. The impact of welding current on underwater welding temperature field and residual stress field is investigated. Under the same welding current conditions, the results show that the microstructures types and composition of underwater wet welded joints are different from those of onshore welded joints. For 170 A underwater welding,the microstructure of weld consists mainly of fine side lath ferrite and acicular ferrite,while the microstructure of coarse grained region consists mainly of martensite with high hardness. The amount of side lath ferrite in weld increases as underwater welding current improves.Simulation results show that lower welding temperature,faster postweld cooling rate and higher equivalent residual stress peak level can be obtained by using underwater welding with 170 A welding current comparing to onshore welding. As underwater welding current increases to 190 A,welding peak temperature increases while postweld cooling rate and residual stress level decrease.

摘要:With Q345D used by railway vehicles as experimental material,spot welding experiments were carried out under the premise of fixed spot welding time. By analyzing the dynamic resistance curves of spot welding process,the characteristic quantities which can characterize the nugget growth process of spot welding were found out,and the prediction model of spot welding quality was obtained with the characteristic quantities as variables. Spot welding experiments were carried out with the same welding time of the prediction model,and the tensile strength obtained by the prediction model of spot welding quality was compared with the experimental tensile strength. The average error of the tensile strength of spot welding was 3.3%,and the maximum error was 6.05%.

摘要:The US Boston Metro is the first time that China’s track equipment has landed in the United States,and also the first time that China’s equipment industry has realized technology export to the world’s high-end market. This project is the first time that laser overlay welding technology has been formally applied to railway cars in china. This paper combines the structural characteristics of laser overlay welding of stainless steel body,develops EMAT automatic detection technology on-line inspect the quality of laser overlay welding of stainless steel car body,which is used to inspect and evaluate the fusion depth of laser overlay welding of stainless steel car body. The application of EMAT technology in laser overlay welding of stainless steel car body is studied. It has the characteristics of no coupling agent,high detection accuracy and difficult wear of probe. It can realize automatic detection and evaluation for laser overlay welding of stainless steel,avoid the problems of poor welding. It is of great significance to ensure the quality of laser overlay welding of stainless steel.

摘要:The conductive rod of transmission and transformation equipment was successfully welded by refilling friction stir welding(FSW) technology combined with special welding tools and positioning tools in this paper,and the circular weld without keyhole is obtained. The welding deformation was measured,and the tensile,bending and macro-section microstructure of the weld were observed.Theresultsshowthattheoverallstraightnessofconductiverodisbetween 0.05 and 0.15 mm,the average tensile strength of weld is 195 MPa,no visible cracks appear at 180 degrees bending,and the macrostructure is fine and compact.
摘要:This article uses FLUENT software to simulate the oxy-fuel supersonic flame spray(HVOF)process. With the development of computer technology,the simulation of HVOF combustion state and gas flow field can optimize physical parameters and guide gun body design,which has become a research hotspot in recent years. However,research on the combustion process of mixed fuel has yet to be deepened so far. Therefore,this paper uses the mixed gas of propane and hydrogen as fuel to carry out the numerical simulation of the combustion process of HVOF,and compares the simulation results with the pure propane gas combustion process. Furthermore,the combustion state of HVOF and the state of gas flow field were compared under the conditions of 90 mm nozzle and 110 mm nozzle length. The simulation results show that the addition of hydrogen in the mixed gas makes the combustion body have the advantages of high energy density and concentrated heat generation,which has a significant impact on the combustion process and the concentration of the gas flow field. The longer nozzle creates greater binding force to the gas flow field and burns. The combustion in chamber is more complete,at the same time,exit of the gun have significant shock waves.

摘要:Utilizing the low power pulsed laser + TIG hybrid welding on the 2 mm thick stainless steel surfacing welding,investigated the pulsed laser influences on the arc behavior,the weld pool behavior and the weld geometry. The results show that expansion occurs at the center of the arc,and the arc anode is stabilized at the laser spots with the TIG voltage rising slightly at the same time when the pulsed laser acts on arc. In the maintenance phase of the pulsed laser,the molten pool liquid metal flow backwards,the length of molten pool increase significantly. After the pulsed laser disappeared 1 millisecond,the length of molten pool begin to decrease,2 millisecond later the liquid metal reflux forward,resulting in the weld surface formed fish-scale pattern,improved the weld surface. The weld penetration of the hybrid welding is 1.77 times than that of TIG welding and 2.6 times than that of the laser weld,and the speed of hybrid welding can be improved by 50% compared with TIG welding under the same penetration.

摘要:The basic structure of spot welding workstation system and the special simulation software Motosim EG for YASKAWA MOTOMAN series industrial robots are introduced. The software is used for robot selection,model import and tool setting to build a complete simulation environment of MS165 spot welding robot workstation,which includes confirming robot selection and system layout,verifying robot action range,checking tooling interference,verifying action flow rhythm,writing an offline programming and so on. And it is applied in actual production. The results show that using MotoSim EG simulation software to program is more efficient and safe than field operation,and the use of offline programming calibration device can significantly improve the accuracy of offline programming and achieve the desired effect.
摘要:A cloud platform for welding internet of things is designed,which includes the design of welding equipment layer,edge layer,PaaS layer and SaaS application layer. By collecting real-time status of welding equipment,production process data,production personnel data and welding material consumption data to cloud platform. Data processing and welding service component library is developed,the management and control services of welding operators,welding equipment,welding materials,welding process and welding production,as well as the service functions of data statistics report are realized in the cloud. An extensible open cloud platform service is constructed,which provides open application software service for users.

摘要:In this paper a weld expert system base-on rail transit industry is proposed,to assist designing Welding Procedure Specification(WPS),manage the process of welding signature and welding files. By using the system,the welding engineer can quote existed WPS,input joint preparation information quickly. And the system will judge if WPS meeting the standard of rail transit industry. The system is based on BS architecture so it’s benefit for maintenance and upgrading.
摘要:In view of the strong dependence on welder’s operation skills in pipeline welding process,difficult control of welding specifications,and poor weld consistency,a welding electrode(welding gun) angle auto-aligning fixture for pipe welding is designed. The fixture can force clamping electrode(welding gun) to rotate synchronously along the weld of annular pipeline,which can realize precise control of welding electrode compared with the direction of the welding electrode,and the operation needs of transverse oscillating of welding electrode(welding gun),with reasonable welding parameters selection,to assist the welder improve the quality of welding.

摘要:This paper has studied the defects and deficiencies of corner welder in the domestic and overseas,and has designed a corner welder with solving welding blind area and welding seam tracking. The STM32 single-chip was taken as the controller of the angle welding machine. Step-by-steps electrical machinery was used as the actuation functional element. Finally,through the reasonable mechanical structure,the transformation of traditional angle welding machine was realized. The test welding of the angle welder shows that the weld has no joint length,uniform molding uniformity,simplified operation and improved welding efficiency.

摘要:The 6005A-T6 aluminum alloys BT-FSW butt-joints of different surface state before welding were studied respectively through pulsating tensile fatigue test and scanning analysis for the fatigue fractures,the results of fracture analysis showed that:the fatigue limit strength of the polished joint before welding is slightly higher;the welding joints’ fatigue limit strength have no influence by the different surface state before welding. The scanning photos showed that,most of the broken specimens in the fatigue test were broken beginning at the heat-affected zone(on the edge of nugget zone). The panorama of the fracture was like fibrous,not appearing obvious defects;initiation area has clear source of fatigue with glossy and smooth fracture;plastic fatigue bands parallel to each other can be observed in the expansion zone. The fracture surface of the final fracture area is ductile fracture,showing obvious equiaxed dimple type.
摘要:Al3Ti reinforced Al-based composite coating was prepared by laser cladding on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy with Al,Ti and Ni/C mixed powder as raw materials,and compared with substrate and Al coating. Morphology and phase composition of the coatings were analyzed with scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. Hardness and corrosion resistance of the coatings were measured with microhardness tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the Al coating consists of Al3Mg2 and Al12Mg17 phases and the reinforcing phase Al3Ti is synthesized in situ in the coating with 10%(Ti+Ni/C). Compared with the substrate,the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coatings are significantly improved. Compared with Al coating,the average hardness of the coating with 10%(Ti+Ni/C)increased by 41%,the self-corrosion potential increased by 167 mV,the self-corrosion current density decreased slightly,and the corrosion resistance is further improved. The EIS test results showed that the Rc and Rct values of the coating with 10%(Ti +Ni/C) are higher than that of Al coating and substrate,confirming that the coating with 10%(Ti +Ni/C) has the best corrosion resistance.
摘要:Double-sided welding of single-axis shoulder friction stir welding technology for 6082-T4 aluminum alloy large thickness plate,after the welding,the heat treatment is completed to the T6 supply state. The results of the slow strain rate tensile of the joint samples in the simulated seawater solution and air were compared,and the SCC index was compared to determine the sensitivity of the specimen to stress corrosion. The results show that 6082-T6 aluminum alloy heavy plate friction stir welded joints(surface and middle layer) have good stress corrosion resistance. However,the stress corrosion sensitivity of the middle welded joint is greater than that of the surface layer. The SEM scan results show that test joints are fiber-like in both inert and corrosive media without obvious inclusion defect and brittle cracking characteristics,and whether the edge or the center is composed of a large number of dimples,it is a typical ductile fracture.
摘要:The transverse cracks were found in part of the butt welds of 12Cr1MoVG water wall panels after X ray inspection. By means of chemical composition analysis,microstructure examination,fracture and energy spectrum analysis,the nature of crack was identified as welding hot crack,which produced in the weld joint solidification. Combining with the investigation of relevant welding process and the actual operation,the causes of crack was found out and the prevention measures were put forward.
摘要:Effects of welding heat input on CGHAZ microstructures and mechanical properties of low alloy high strength ship plate steel were investigated by welding thermal simulation method. The result indicated that when welding heart input is smaller,the microst-ructure mainly consisted of lath bainite,granular bainite and some acicular ferrite,the hardness and the impact toughness were higher.The microstructure mainly consisted of lath bainite,granular bainite and lots of ferrites growing from original austenite grain boundary to intracrystalline when welding heat input was 100 kJ/cm. With the increase of welding heat input,the hardness and the impact toughness decreased,which caused mainly by the increasing of granular bainite and coarse grain size. The microstructure mainly consisted of granular bainite,ferrite growing from grain boundary to intracrystalline and grain boundary ferrite when welding heat input was 200 kJ/cm,and the impact toughness decreased further.

摘要:With the construction of UHV transmission lines,steel pipe towers have been widely used due to the advantages of clear structural force transmission, small amount of steel,small area,etc. The main components adopt neck flanges and straight seam welded pipes. The circumferential butt weld of neck flanges and steel pipes is one of the key processes of steel pipe towers. Aiming at the butt weld of steel pipe and flange in actual production,this paper introduces the application of automatic welding production line in steel pipe tower of transmission line,including preparation before welding, welding, welding quality inspection and efficiency comparison. The application of automatic welding production line guarantees the weld quality,promotes the improvement of production efficiency and improves the labor environment.

摘要:In order to study the weldability and repairable weldability of 00Cr18Ni10N austenitic stainless steel and ultra-low carbon stainless steel,surface remelting of the material and its weld is carried out by TIG welding. The effect of remelting times(time) on the hardness,micro-metallographic structure,ferrite content and surface oxide of the material are analyzed. The results show that when the remelting times(time)increase,the ferrite content,weld metallographic structure,hardness and intergranular corrosion properties of the three zones of the weld have no obvious change,and the oxide formed by the remelting of the weld surface is insoluble in some conventional acid pickling solutions.
摘要:In order to improve the welding quality of the reactor control rod guide cylinder assembly,the experiences in the welding production process of the control rod guide cylinder assembly are summarized,and the assembly welding procedure of key welds,the control of welding deformation,and the processing and manufacturing of key components are analyzed. From the aspects of welding consumables management,welder qualification,welding procedure control,welding process control,rewelding and so on,combining with the actual production,the quality control points in the welding production process of the control rod guide cylinder assembly are obtained.

摘要:The welding deformation trend of one kind of complex hollow annular component used in a domestic nuclear power plant is analyzed. Combining with structural characteristics of components and determining reasonable size of the parts manufacturing, the component is reliably rigidly fixed by using simple and effective tooling. A welding method with low heat input and high deposition efficiency is used,which is suitable for all-position welding. The work sequence is assembling the parts as a whole firstly to increase the overall rigidity of the component and then performing welding. Measures such as zonal welding,central symmetry welding and skip welding are adopted for reducing the heat concentration and welding deformation, so that the welding deformation of the component is controlled within a reasonable range and the dimensional accuracy of the component is ensured. The successful manufacturing of the component could serve as basis for simplifying the manufacturing process and provide a reference for manufacturing of similar components.

摘要:With the development of China’s manufacturing industry,the requirements and demands for welding technical personnel and high-end welding talents are increasing.
