摘要

针对轨道交通领域焊接行业设计了一套焊接专家系统

实现了焊接签审流程管理、智能辅助焊接工艺规程编制以及焊接工艺文件管理功能。利用该系统

焊接工程师在制定焊接工艺规程时可以自动引用已有工艺、快速录入接头准备信息

同时系统自动判断编制工艺是否符合相关标准

减少编制错误率

提升工作效率和工艺复用率。系统基于BS架构

安装部署均在服务器端

有利于后期维护与升级。

Abstract

In this paper a weld expert system base-on rail transit industry is proposed

to assist designing Welding Procedure Specification（WPS）

manage the process of welding signature and welding files. By using the system

the welding engineer can quote existed WPS

input joint preparation information quickly. And the system will judge if WPS meeting the standard of rail transit industry. The system is based on BS architecture so it’s benefit for maintenance and upgrading.
