为了满足海洋工程建造中EEMUA 158与DNV C401双标准下屈服强度460 MPa级别结构钢的焊接施工要求,开展了基于EEMUA 158与DNV C401双标准的焊态下EN10225 S460结构钢的焊条电弧焊打底,药芯焊丝气体保护焊填充盖面的焊接工艺评定试验,完成外观检验、无损检测和相关力学性能试验,试验结果满足EEMUA 158与DNV C401的双标准要求,试验取得DNV挪威船级社的认证。此项工作为同类产品的焊接工艺评定工作提供了参考。
In order to meet the welding requirements of S460 steel with Min. 460 MPa yield strength according to EEMUA 158 and DNV C401 standards in offshore engineering construction, the welding procedure qualification tests of as-welded EN10025 S460 structural steel were carried out according to EEMUA 158 and DNV C401. The visual inspection, non-destructive inspection, relevant mechanical tests are carried out and meet the requirements of EEMUA 158 and DNV C401.The welding process qualification test obtained the approval of DNV. This work provides a reference for the welding procedure qualification of similar products.
