焊装夹具是汽车白车身焊装生产线的主体构成部分,其功能是对车身零件进行定位和夹紧,保证车身焊接的尺寸精度。传统的夹具设计方式需要大量的人力,设计周期较长。提出一种智能化焊装夹具设计思路,将耗时耗力的夹具结构设计过程自动化。以CATIA为平台,对焊装夹具的零件进行特征提取,把零件特征作为参数化设计中的主控参数,建立夹具零件的设计表。结合面向对象的知识表达方式,对夹具特征进行知识表达。使用python语言开发初步的自动设计程序,该程序在读取规范化后的夹具定位点信息(MCP)文件后,即可自动对焊装夹具进行结构设计。
The welding fixture is the main part of the welding production line of the automobile body-in-white, its function is to position and clamp the body parts to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the body welding. The traditional manual fixture design requires a lot of manpower and a long design cycle. An intelligent welding fixture design idea is proposed to automate the process of fixture structure design, which consumes time and force. With CATIA as the platform, the feature extraction of welding fixture parts is carried out, and the feature of parts is taken as the main control parameter in parameter design, and the design table of fixture parts is established. Combined with object oriented knowledge expression method, knowledge expression of fixture features is carried out. Python is used to develop the preliminary automatic design program, which can automatically design the welding fixture structure after reading the normalized fixture anchor point information (MCP) file. This design method can greatly reduce human resources requirements of the fixture design, shorten the design cycle.
