Therefore, TIG welding experiments of ZTA15 titanium alloy were carried out by using TC4 welding wire. The microstructures, tensile test at room temperature and at 400 ℃, and impact toughness at room temperature of the welded joints were analyzed. The results show that the TIG welded joint is of good quality, without defects such as pores, cracks, and lack of fusion. The microstructures of weld metal and heat affected zone are composed of acicular martensite α' phase+flaky α phase+β matrix. The tensile strength of the welded joints is 1033.7 MPa at room temperature and 675.0 MPa at 400 ℃ respectively, and the corresponding elongation is 41.8% and 37.2% of the base metal respectively. However, the impact toughness of the welded joints reaches 95.5% of the base metal at room temperature. All of the tensile samples monotonously fractured at the base metal zone, with quasi-cleavage fracture mode. ZTA15钛合金 TC4焊丝 TIG焊 接头组织 力学性能 ZTA15 titanium alloy TC4 welding wire TIG welding microstructure mechanical properties 前言 1 ZTA15钛合金的名义成分为Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V，属于近α钛合金，具有良好的铸造工艺性能、焊接性能和综合力学性能，是飞机、航空发动机结构常用的钛合金材料 ［ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ］ ，已广泛应用于发动机关键部位和飞机机身结构件的制造 ［ 4 4 - 6 6 4-6 ］ ，如国内某型飞机采用铸造钛合金热等静压铸件作为主要承力构件，实现飞机低成本、轻量化制备。 ZTA15钛合金在铸造成形过程中容易出现缩孔、气孔、疏松、夹杂等缺陷 ［ 7 7 ］ ，大大降低了ZTA15钛合金铸件的使用性能。疏松、气孔缺陷一般可以通过热等静压工艺消除，而缩孔缺陷则需要X光检验测定缩孔部位后，通过机械加工方法去除缺陷后再进行补焊，补焊方法包括TIG焊 ［ 8 8 ］ 、激光焊 ［ 9 9 - 10 10 9-10 ］ 、钎焊 ［ 11 11 - 12 12 11-12 ］ ，补焊质量直接关系到ZTA15铸件的力学性能和使用寿命 ［ 13 13 - 15 15 13-15 ］ ，故研究ZTA15钛合金铸件铸造缺陷补焊技术有着重要的工程意义。 本文选用TC4焊丝作为填充材料，对ZTA15钛合金铸件的TIG焊接工艺进行研究，分析焊接接头组织、力学性能及相关机理，为最终形成适用的ZTA15钛合金铸件补焊工艺提供理论基础。 试验材料及方法 1 试样母材为直径 http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=39003301&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=39003306&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=39003304&type= 2.39999390 2.66441345 15 mm的棒状ZTA15钛合金。为消除铸棒内部存在的疏松、缩孔缺陷，铸棒进行了热等静压处理；选用TC4焊丝作为填充材料，焊丝直径 http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=39003308&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=39003313&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=39003311&type= 2.39999390 2.66441345 3.0 mm。母材及焊丝的化学成分如 表1 表1 所示。 牌号 Al V Mo Zr Ti ZTA15 5.8~6.8 0.8~2.5 0.5~2.0 1.5~2.5 余量 TC4 5.5~6.75 3.5~4.5 — — 余量 为了避免焊接接头在焊接过程中被污染，设计制作了钛合金焊接专用工装（见 图1 图1 ），对焊接接头进行全面气体保护。焊前采用机械清理的方法对母材进行清理，用丙酮擦洗焊丝及焊接工装，避免外部污染。 试验设备采用Fronius Magic Wave3000型氩弧焊机，选用99.99%高纯氩气作为保护气体，采用多层多道手工TIG焊，参照HB/Z 120—2011中双面V型坡口对接的装配尺寸加工ZTA15铸棒，如 图2 图2 所示，坡口角度为60°，钝边1.5 mm，阴影区域为TC4填充焊材。TIG焊接电源采用直流正接，焊接工艺参数如 表2 表2 所示。为有效减少焊后残余拉应力，防止焊接裂纹的产生，对焊接接头进行真空热处理，真空热处理工艺为：730 ℃保温3 h，随炉冷却至100 ℃以下出炉。 2 钨极直径/mm 2 焊接电流 /A 2 焊接电压 /V 2 氩气流量/（L·min -1 ） 正面 背面 1.6 100~110 10~11 13~15 8~11 利用线切割加工取得焊缝区域的金相试样并进行粗磨、精磨、抛光处理，选用Kroll试剂（95 mL水+3 mL HNO 3 +2 mL HF）腐蚀试样，在LEICA DM4M型光学金相显微镜下观察接头显微组织，采用Nova-Nano SEM 450型扫描电子显微镜观察拉伸试样的断口形貌。 将9根热处理态的焊接试棒按 图3 图3 所示分别取样，加工成6根拉伸试样和3个冲击试样，冲击试样开U型缺口，缺口位置位于焊缝金属中心。取3根拉伸试样参照GB/T 228.1—2021进行室温拉伸性能测试，其余3根拉伸试样参照GB/T 4338—2006进行400 ℃高温拉伸性能测试，3个冲击试样参照GB/T 229—2020进行室温冲击性能测试。 1;2;3;4; 试验结果与分析 1 焊接接头的显微组织 2 对焊接接头质量进行X射线检测，结果显示，焊缝中未发现任何气孔、裂纹及未熔合缺陷。ZTA15焊接接头不同区域的显微组织如 图4 图4 所示。焊缝区晶粒为粗大的柱状晶，沿着散热的反方向向焊缝中心生长 ［ 16 16 ］ ，而热影响区和母材区的晶粒则为规则、尺寸不均的等轴晶。 1;2;3;4; 热等静压态的ZTA15显微组织为片状α相+晶间β相（见 图4b） 图4b） 。母材在α+β两相区的长时保温且高压作用下，晶内α相组织粗化，晶界α相逐渐宽化且增多，组织进一步均匀 ［ 17 17 - 18 18 17-18 ］ 。 钛合金具有可逆变换性，当温度超过相变温度时，晶体结构会发生改变。热影响区在焊接过程中受高温发生组织转变（见 图4c） 图4c） ，形成高温β相，在快速冷却过程中发生无扩散相变，形成针状马氏体α'相，原生α相不发生转变而直接残留下来，最终形成针状α'相+片状α相+β基体。 焊缝组织主要由针状马氏体α'相+片状α相+β基体组成（见 图4d） 图4d） ，晶粒内部形成相互交织的针状马氏体α'相，近似网篮状组织。这是由于焊缝区是焊接温度最高的区域，焊缝金属自高温β单相区快速冷却至室温，马氏体α'相通过切变在β晶粒内部形成，沿着某个晶面成堆地长成针状。此外，焊接过程中焊缝内不同区域经历复杂的焊接热循环过程，随着焊接过程的进行，部分针状马氏体α'相转化为高温β相，并由于冷速大大降低而转变为片状α相 ［ 19 19 - 20 20 19-20 ］ 。 焊接接头的力学性能 2 焊接接头的室温、400 ℃拉伸性能和室温冲击韧性试验结果如 表3 表3 ~ 表5 表5 所示。焊接接头室温、400 ℃的抗拉强度、屈服强度均高于ZTA15铸棒，拉伸试样的断裂位置均位于母材（见图 5a 5a 、 5b 5b ）；而室温和400 ℃拉伸试验的断后延伸率分别为4.6%和6.4%，达到母材的41.8%和37.2%；焊接接头的室温冲击韧性与母材相近，达到母材的95.5%，冲击试样的断裂位置位于焊缝中心（见 图5c） 图5c） 。 试样 R m /MPa R p0.2 /MPa A /% 断裂位置 试样1 1 025.0 937.0 4.1 母材 试样2 1 036.0 961.0 4.5 母材 试样3 1 040.0 946.0 5.2 母材 平均值 1 033.7 948.0 4.6 — 母材 951.3 866.3 11.0 — 试样 R m /MPa R p0.2 /MPa A /% 断裂位置 试样1 667.0 539.0 6.5 母材 试样2 688.0 541.0 6.6 母材 试样3 670.0 555.0 6.2 母材 平均值 675.0 545.0 6.4 — 母材性能 663.3 — 17.2 — 试样 KU 2 /（J·cm -2 ） 冲击断裂位置 试样1 40.0 焊缝中心 试样2 41.0 焊缝中心 试样3 46.0 焊缝中心 平均值 42.3 — 母材 44.3 — 1,2,3; 断口形貌 2 采用扫描电子显微镜对室温拉伸试样、400 ℃拉伸试样及室温冲击试样的断口形貌进行观察，其形貌分别如 图6 图6 ~ 图8 图8 所示。室温拉伸试样断口的裂纹扩展方向如箭头所示，断口表面起伏小，局部表面光滑平整，无目视可见的二次裂纹（见 图6a） 图6a） ；断口形貌可见多道撕裂棱及小尺寸韧窝（见 图6b） 图6b） ，韧窝深度较浅，虽然有韧性断裂韧窝，但解理面的出现显著降低其塑性，脆性断裂起主要作用 ［ 21 21 - 23 23 21-23 ］ ，断裂机制为准解理断裂。 1,2; 1,2; 1,2; 400 ℃拉伸试样断口的裂纹扩展方向如箭头所示，断口表面起伏较大，存在局部“凹坑”，瞬断区表面光滑、平整，无目视可见的二次裂纹（见 图7a） 图7a） ；断口形貌可见光滑解理台阶及多道撕裂棱，局部发生韧性断裂，形成小尺寸韧窝（见 图7b） 图7b） ，其断裂机制仍为准解理断裂。 室温冲击试样宏观断口表面有河流花样，但又具有较大塑性变形产生的多道撕裂棱，局部目视可见二次裂纹（见 图8a） 图8a） ；微观断口形貌可见大量抛物线韧窝及少量等轴韧窝，韧窝尺寸小且浅（见 图8b） 图8b） ；其断裂机制为准解理断裂，是一种脆性穿晶断口。 结论 1 （1）以TC4焊丝为填充材料对ZTA15钛合金铸棒进行TIG焊接，焊接接头质量良好，焊缝组织由针状马氏体α'相+片状α相+β基体组成，形成近似网篮状组织；热影响区在高温快冷过程中发生无扩散相变，β相转变为针状马氏体α'相，形成针状α'相+片状α相+β基体组织。 （2）焊接接头的室温、400 ℃抗拉强度分别为1 033.7 MPa和675.0 MPa，均高于ZTA15铸件，断后延伸率分别为母材的41.8%和37.2%；而接头的室温冲击韧性与母材相近，达到母材的95.5%。 （3）室温、400 ℃拉伸试样的断裂位置均位于母材区，而室温冲击试样的断裂位置位于焊缝区。试样断口均呈现出光滑平整的解理台阶、多道撕裂棱及局部小尺寸韧窝，脆性断裂起到主要作用，断裂机制均为准解理断裂。 参考文献 陈红 ， 刘宏宇 ， 苏贵桥 ， 等 .
