This steel also has a larger tendency of cracking and hardening because of high carbon equivalent and aluminum content. The results showed that:the small deformation and good the performance of the joint was obtained due to the suitable welding heat input;minimum hardness value of the weld region,hardness value increased with the increase of the distance from the weld centerline;the hardness value of weld region and HAZ zone increased with the increase of the aluminum content,meanwhile,some strip ferrite is distributed in the austenite matrix of 10 Al steel. 低密度钢 TIG焊 焊接接头 显微组织 力学性能 low density steel TIG welding welded joint microstructure mechanical properties TG142.1;TG457.11 国家自然科学基金项目(51704112,51505143);湖南省自然科学基金项目(2018JJ3181) 2022-04-21 3 48
