硬质合金与高温合金钎焊界面组织与极端工况下的力学性能 Microstructure and Extreme Mechanical Properties of Brazing Joints Between Cemented Carbide and Superalloy first-author 刘　攀（1998—），男，硕士研究生，主要从事新型钎焊材料的研究工作。 刘　攀（1998—），男，硕士研究生，主要从事新型钎焊材料的研究工作。 corresp 钟素娟（1974—），硕士研究生导师，中原科技领军创新人才，主要从事钎焊材料、钎焊工艺与设备等领域的研究。 钟素娟（1974—），硕士研究生导师，中原科技领军创新人才，主要从事钎焊材料、钎焊工艺与设备等领域的研究。 郑州机械研究所有限公司 新型钎焊材料与技术国家重点实验室，河南 郑州 450001 郑州机械研究所有限公司 新型钎焊材料与技术国家重点实验室，河南 郑州 450001 State Key Laboratory of Advanced Brazing Filler Metals & Technology, Zhengzhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou 450001, China State Key Laboratory of Advanced Brazing Filler Metals & Technology, Zhengzhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou 450001, China 随着现代工业的急速发展，常规硬质合金与钢钎焊工具逐渐难以满足复杂极端工作环境的需求，针对此问题，研究了不同钎焊温度（860 ℃~950 ℃）对AgCuNiMn钎料真空钎焊YG6X硬质合金与GH4169高温合金钎焊接头微观组织的影响，测试了860 ℃~950 ℃焊接温度下试样在常温与理论工作温度227 ℃下的抗拉强度，并测试了860 ℃焊接温度下试样的深低温（-238 ℃）抗拉强度。钎缝微观组织主要由Ag基固溶体与Cu基固溶体组成，随着钎焊温度的升高，钎缝中心区Cu基固溶体的数量逐渐减少，钎缝间隙逐渐变窄，两侧界面处Cu基固溶体反应层逐渐变厚，一定程度上提高了钎料与母材的界面结合强度，但同时也使得钎缝处残余应力增加。钎缝在常温下的抗拉强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势，在890 ℃~950 ℃焊接温度区间，227 ℃的拉伸试验温度对接头抗拉强度基本没有影响，在钎焊温度为890 ℃时，平均拉伸强度达到最高值为715.3 MPa。在860 ℃焊接温度下，接头的平均抗拉强度表现为-238 ℃拉伸强度（474.8 MPa）>常温拉伸强度（430.2 MPa）>227 ℃拉伸强度（278 MPa），深低温环境下接头的抗拉强度相较于常温下提高了约10%；由于860 ℃焊接温度相对较低，钎料与母材溶解与扩散程度较低，导致钎料在227 ℃下发生软化，抗拉强度急剧下降。 With the rapid development of modern industry, conventional hard aggregate and steel brazing tools are gradually unable to meet the needs of complex extreme working environments. To solve this problem, this paper studied the influence of different brazing temperatures (860 ℃~950 ℃) on the microstructure of the vacuum brazing joint between YG6X cemented carbide and GH4169 superalloy with AgCuNiMn filler metal, and tested the tensile strength of the sample at 860~950 ℃ at room temperature and 227 ℃ the oretical working temperature, and the tensile strength of the samples (860 ℃) deep low temperature (-238 ℃) was tested. The microstructure of the brazing seam is mainly composed of Ag based solid solution and Cu based solid solution. With the increase of brazing temperature, the number of Cu based solid solution in the center of the brazing seam gradually decreases, the gap between the brazing seams gradually narrows, and the reaction layer of Cu based solid solution at the interface on both sides gradually thickens, which improves the interface bonding strength between the filler metal and the base metal to some extent, but also increases the residual stress at the brazing seam. The tensile strength of the brazed joint at room temperature shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. In the welding temperature range of 890 ℃~950 ℃, the tensile test temperature of 227 ℃ has little effect on the tensile strength of the joint. When the brazing temperature is 890 ℃, the average tensile strength reaches the highest value of 715.3 MPa. Under 860 ℃ welding temperature, the average tensile strength of the joint is -238 ℃ tensile strength (474.8 MPa)>room temperature tensile strength (430.2 MPa)>227 ℃ tensile strength (278 MPa). The tensile strength of the joint under deep and low temperature environment is about 10% higher than that under room temperature. As the weldly temperature at 860 ℃ is relatively low, the dissolution and diffusion of solder and base metal are relative low, the solder is softened at 227 ℃, resulting in a sharp drop in tensile 硬质合金材料具有高硬度、高强度以及优良的耐磨性与耐蚀性，被广泛地应用于制造切削工具、耐磨工具和矿山工具等，但是由于其价格相对昂贵，塑性与冲击韧度较差，因此其应用形式多为镶嵌件依附于钢基体材料中 ［ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ］ 。钎焊是当前硬质合金与钢连接最常用的连接方法之一，通过将工件加热到钎料熔化而母材不熔化的温度，使熔化的钎料与母材间发生溶解与扩散并最终形成永久性接头。近些年来，硬质合金与钢钎焊的主要问题是在母材之间线膨胀系数差异较大而导致在连接处形成影响接头焊接质量的残余应力，以及在高温长时间保温条件下导致硬质合金脱钴等 ［ 4 4 - 6 6 4-6 ］ 。随着现代工业的发展，硬质合金与钢钎焊工具的工作环境已不仅仅局限于常规工况，还包括高温、深低温等极端工作环境，常规的钎焊材料难以满足极端工况下的使用需求，所以急需开发针对极端工况下硬质合金与钢钎焊的新型钎焊材料 ［ 7 7 ］ 。 李远星 ［ 8 8 ］ 等人通过研究钎焊温度对AgCuZnNi钎料钎焊YG15与35CrMo时钎缝中Ni扩散行为的影响，发现随温度变化界面贫Co区宽度也发生变化，当贫Co区宽度最小时，剪切强度达到最大值。王微 ［ 9 9 ］ 等人在研究YG8与45钢非晶钎焊时发现，当焊接温度一定时，随着钎焊时间的延长，接头强度逐渐降低并出现明显裂纹，推测接头强度与YG8一侧反应层厚度有关。徐小兵 ［ 10 10 ］ 等人通过研究认为同时含有Ni、Mn的Ag基钎料在硬质合金上的润湿性能要优于不含Ni和单独含Ni的Ag钎料。Shinji Yaoita ［ 11 11 ］ 等人研制了一种熔点约为605 ℃的低熔点Ag基钎料，并通过添加Co元素使钎缝抗弯强度与传统Ag钎料在750 ℃焊接时的接头强度相当。Jang Chao ［ 12 12 ］ 等人研究了钎焊温度与保温时间对AgCuZnNiMn钎料钎焊WC-Co与35CrMo的影响，发现α-Cu固溶体广泛分布在钎缝中能够起到弥散强化作用。但是目前对于极端工况如深低温下钎焊接头质量的研究相对较少。 针对上述问题以及目前的研究现状，本研究研发了一种新型AgCuNiMn钎料，并通过真空钎焊的方法焊接YG6X硬质合金与GH4169高温合金，研究了钎焊温度对接头抗拉强度以及微观组织演变的影响，以及极端环境温度对钎焊接头抗拉强度的影响，旨在将GH4169高温合金与YG6X硬质合金的优良性能相结合，进一步扩大钎焊硬质合金工具的使用范围，为提升硬质合金与钢钎焊工具在极端工况下接头性能的稳定性提供参考。 试验材料及方法 1 硬质合金母材为YG6X硬质合金，即细晶WC-6Co，具有高硬度、高耐磨、高导热等优良的机械综合性能；钢基体母材为GH4169，是一种沉淀强化镍基高温合金，具有良好的抗疲劳、耐腐蚀、抗氧化性能，以及良好的加工性与焊接性。钎料为自主设计的AgCuNiMn钎料，Ni、Mn元素的添加既提升了钎料对于硬质合金的润湿铺展能力又提高了接头的力学性能。钎料成分与GH4169如 表1 表1 min。焊前对钢基体母材进行酸洗处理，对硬质合金母材进行喷砂处理，将焊料切割成0.2 mm厚的薄片并对其表面进行打磨处理。焊接拉伸试样形貌如 图1 图1 所示，试样两端采用螺纹设计，方便后续进行高低温拉伸试验，深低温试验委托中科院理化所完成，高温试验采用MTS万能拉伸试验机，钎缝截面微观组织试样从拉伸试样中经线切割制得，在打磨抛光后采用Phenom-XL扫描电子显微镜观察微观组织与EDS能谱分析，采用华银HV-1000A显微硬度仪测量显微维氏硬度。 试验结果及讨论 1 钎缝微观组织形貌 2 不同钎焊温度下的钎缝微观组织形貌如 图2 图2 所示，可以观察到在不同钎焊温度的焊缝中心与两侧界面处均未发现明显缺陷，钎料与母材反应良好，钎缝组织主要由灰白色的富Ag相、灰黑色的富Cu相以及两相形成的共晶组织组成。带状的富Cu相沿着GH4169/Ag钎料/YG6X两侧界面连续分布，并有部分富Cu相垂直于界面向钎缝中心凸出生长，或呈岛状分布于钎缝中心区域。灰白色的富Ag相以及两相组成的共晶组织占据钎缝中心处大部分区域。 1;2; 随着钎焊温度的升高，钎缝间隙逐渐减小，分布于钎缝中心区域的富Cu相数量也逐渐减少；在钎焊温度为950 ℃时，钎缝中心区域几乎全为富Ag相以及两相组成的共晶组织而未见独立分布的富Cu相，此时钎缝间隙减小至40 μm左右。 图2 图2 中灰白色富Ag相所处微区的EDS分析结果如 表2 表2 所示，可以看出随着钎焊温度的升高，富Ag相中Cu含量呈逐渐减少趋势。灰黑色富Cu相的EDS分析结果如 表3 表3 所示，观察 图2 图2 中钎缝截面SEM图片并结合 表3 表3 中各微区EDS结果可知钎缝中富Cu相产生了元素偏聚现象，在D、G处，Cu含量较低，Ni、Mn含量较高，Ni含量可达24%左右，而在如B、E、F处，Ni平均含量为6.7%。由上述分析可知，灰白色的富Ag相主要为Ag固溶体与Ag、Cu固溶体组成的共晶组织，灰黑色的富Cu相主要由Cu（s，s）与（Cu，Ni）组成。 位置 Ag Cu Ni 分析钎缝显微组织中各相的成分可知，钎缝成形过程中发生扩散反应的元素主要有Ag、Cu、Ni、Mn、Fe、Co等，由各元素间的合金相图可知，Ni与Cu、Co、Fe均可形成连续固溶体，Cu与Mn也可形成连续固溶体相，Ni与Mn可形成MnNi中间相，而Ni与Ag之间固溶度极小。当温度升高至钎料合金熔化后，由于各元素在钎缝中存在化学势梯度，势必会发生元素的扩散，GH4169高温合金中Ni含量最高，会向钎料合金中扩散，钎料合金中的Ni向YG6X侧扩散；Cu主要从钎料合金向两侧母材中扩散；Fe与Co扩散方向相反，前者由GH4169向YG6X中扩散，后者由YG6X向GH4169扩散，两者在扩散过程中都需经过钎料合金。一定的钎焊保温时间使得钎料合金与两侧母材间元素的扩散与反应更为充分，当保温阶段结束后，整个体系进入降温凝固阶段。此时，富Ni的高熔点相先发生形核长大过程，钎缝中间区域残余的Ni与Cu、Mn等形成岛状的Cu固溶体相，扩散至两侧界面处的Cu、Ni、Mn与母材向钎缝中扩散的Fe、Co等形成沿两侧界面连续分布的带状Cu固溶体相，低熔点的富Ag相被先期凝固的Cu固溶体相包围，主要分布于钎缝中心区域。 1.86266661 2.62466669 为润湿角。 由 式（1） 式（1） 可知，随着温度的升高，液体的表面张力不断减小，即液态钎料的表面张力减小，由杨氏方程可知，当 σ LS 减小时，润湿角随之减小，钎料的润湿性增强。当温度较高时，会因钎料润湿流动能力过强而造成钎缝钎料流失，从而导致钎缝间隙减小，进而压缩钎缝中心区的宽度，使Ni、Cu等元素扩散至界面处行程缩短，并且随着温度的升高，母材与钎料中各元素扩散能力及元素间相互作用增强，使得原本存在于钎缝中心处的Cu固溶体相与两侧界面处的Cu固溶体相相互接触熔合，钎缝中心区域独立分布的Cu固溶体逐渐减少，至950 ℃时（见 图2d） 图2d） ，Cu固溶体相基本分布于两侧界面处，而钎缝中心处岛状Cu固溶体相趋于消失。 钎缝中各相元素分布及显微硬度 2 钎焊温度为920 ℃时钎缝截面EDS线扫描结果如 图3 图3 所示。在 图3 图3 所示区域中，从左往右扫过Cu固溶体相时，在YG6X界面处，Cu含量略微增加，在GH4169界面处，Cu含量逐渐减少；在钎缝中心区域，Cu固溶体相中Cu含量呈先增加后减少再增加的趋势，Ni、Mn元素含量在钎缝的变化趋势基本一致，在Cu固溶体相中与Cu含量变化趋势基本相反。综合上述结果可以看出，无论是界面处Cu固溶体相还是钎缝中心区域Cu固溶体相，靠近Ag固溶体相的Cu固溶体相中Cu含量高于远离Ag固溶体相的部分，Ni、Mn含量低于远离Ag固溶体相的部分，即出现Ni、Cu偏聚的现象，与点扫结果吻合。 920 ℃保温10 min时钎缝截面的面扫示意如 图4 图4 所示，Cu、Ni、Mn的分布情况与上述点扫、线扫结果相吻合，Cu聚集于Cu固溶体相周边区域。Co、Fe、Cr在钎焊接头形成过程中发生了长程扩散，YG6X界面处Co的迁移造成了硬质合金中出现了界面贫Co区，对接头的力学性能会产生一定的影响；在YG6X界面处的Cu固溶体相中也聚集有少量Fe、Cr，其分布情况与Ni元素相同。 1;2; 由上述分析可知，钎缝中组织主要分为Ag基固溶体与Cu基固溶体，从分布位置上Cu基固溶体可以分为钎缝中心处Cu基固溶体与界面处Cu基固溶体，进一步细分可分为Cu固溶体与（Cu，Ni）固溶体，各相的平均显微维氏硬度如 图5 图5 所示，Ag基固溶体相平均硬度最低为84.6 HV，富Ni、Mn的（Cu，Ni）固溶体相的显微硬度约为160 HV，近Ag固溶体侧的Cu固溶体中因Ni、Fe、Cr等硬质元素含量较低，所以硬度相对偏低为127.4 HV。 钎缝接头拉伸强度测试及断口形貌分析 2 环境温度对钎缝抗拉强度的影响 3 对钎焊温度为860 ℃、保温10 min的焊接试样进行了深低温（-238 ℃）、常温与227 ℃拉伸强度试验，试验结果如 图6 图6 所示。在860 ℃下保温10 min的焊接条件下，深低温（-238℃）抗拉强度 > 常温抗拉强度 > 227 ℃抗拉强度，在深低温（-238 ℃）下试样平均抗拉强度为474.8 MPa，但是在227 ℃时钎缝的抗拉强度急剧下降，从常温下的430.3 MPa下降到278 MPa。 在深低温下，由于钎缝中组织均为固溶体相，无金属间化合物存在，且Ag、Cu、Ni元素均为面心立方结构，而面心立方金属由于位错宽度较大，故位错阻力对温度变化敏感度较低，一般不表现低温脆性，相反温度很低时，整个钎缝体系中位错运动阻力增大，原子热激活能力下降，从而导致抗拉强度在一定程度上增加，高于常温下的430.2 MPa；由于860 ℃钎焊温度相对较低，其钎焊过程中钎料与母材间反应程度较弱，由 表2 表2 可知，1点处Ag基固溶体中Ni含量少于其他焊接温度，在227 ℃拉伸试验温度下，钎料相比于其他焊接温度下先发生软化，从而导致接头抗拉强度急剧下降。 钎焊温度对钎缝抗拉强度的影响 3 在钎焊温度为890 ℃、920 ℃、950 ℃时，由于焊接温度的升高，元素间的扩散与反应程度较高，导致钎缝在227 ℃下的抗拉强度与常温时的抗拉强度相当，即227 ℃环境温度不足以使钎缝组织发生软化而导致接头抗拉强度降低。为区别860 ℃时抗拉强度因温度升高而急剧下降的现象，在下文中将这三种钎焊温度下的常温与227 ℃的抗拉强度统称为常温拉伸强度，各焊接温度下钎缝常温拉伸强度如 图7 图7 所示。 由 图7 图7 可知，抗拉强度随着温度的升高呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势，在890 ℃时平均抗拉强度最高为715.3 MPa。结合 图2 图2 可知，随着钎焊温度的升高，钎料与母材间反应程度加剧，元素扩散更加充分，并且随着钎缝中心区域Cu固溶体相减少，界面处Cu固溶体相反应层厚度增加，一定程度上增加了界面处的结合强度，但是当温度过高时，钎缝中心区域全为Ag固溶体而无Cu固溶体，导致钎缝中心区域成为钎焊接头的薄弱区域，从而影响接头性能；并且随着钎焊温度的升高，硬质合金侧Co向钎缝中迁移扩散的程度也会进一步加剧，如 图4f 图4f 中所示的界面贫Co现象也会越发严重，使得接头于硬质合金侧界面处发生断裂，如 图8 图8 所示，其中Ⅰ与Ⅱ处EDS能谱点扫分析如 表4 表4 所示，Ⅰ处为裸露的硬质合金颗粒，Ⅱ处为硬质合金侧的Cu基固溶体相，由于脱Co现象加剧，使得靠近界面处部分WC颗粒粘结强度降低，从而对接头力学性能的提升造成不利影响。在上述因素的综合影响下，钎焊温度为890 ℃时，钎缝组织分布均匀，钎料与母材间溶解扩散的程度适中，焊后残余应力与硬质合金侧界面贫Co现象对接头力学性能影响程度较小，使得接头抗拉强度在此焊接温度下达到峰值。 位置点 Ag Cu Ni Mn W Cr C Ⅰ — — 5.95 — 87.33 5.01 1.70 Ⅱ 3.32 82.13 2.16 3.83 7.06 1.51 — 结论 1 （1）利用Ag基钎料真空钎焊YG6X硬质合金与GH4169高温合金，在不同钎焊温度（860 ℃~950 ℃）相同的保温时间（10 min），钎缝微观结构中未见明显缺陷，钎料与两种母材反应良好；随着钎焊温度的升高，钎缝中间层变窄，中间区域Cu基固溶体数量减少，至钎焊温度为950 ℃时，钎缝宽度减至约40 μm，钎缝中间层基本未见独立分布的Cu基固溶体相而全被Ag基固溶体相所占据。 （2）在不同钎焊温度下的钎缝截面SEM图中均能观察到Cu基固溶体出现Ni偏聚现象，即靠近Ag固溶体的Cu固溶体为高Cu低Ni、Mn成分，而远离Ag固溶体的内部区域为低Cu高Ni、Mn成分，并且其显微硬度也不尽相同，其中Ag基固溶体相显微维氏硬度最低为84.6 HV，高Cu低Ni、Mn的铜固溶体相硬度为127.4 HV，低Cu高Ni、Mn铜固溶体相硬度相对较高为160 HV。 （3）随着钎焊温度的升高，钎缝常温抗拉强度呈先升高后降低的趋势，在890 ℃钎焊温度下，接头平均抗拉强度最高为715.3 MPa；在钎焊温度为860 ℃时，钎缝深低温（-238 ℃）抗拉强度（474.8 MPa）>常温抗拉强度（430.2 MPa）>高温（227 ℃）抗拉强度（278
