设计一种基于dsPIC30F4011的CO,2,气保焊机。为降低功率开关管的损耗和改善焊机的电磁干扰,主电路采用移相全桥软开关电路,使超前臂为恒频调脉宽实现ZVS,滞后臂为恒频恒宽实现ZCS,提高了焊机整体性能。主变压器设计是重点和难点,从磁心材料选择、磁心型号选择以及线圈绕组设计三个方面进行了全方位的分析与设计。控制电路选用dsPIC30F4011作为主控芯片,实时监控焊机的工作状态。根据DSC硬件电路进行了相应的软件程序设计,软件程序采用模块化设计,包括波控软件设计、程控软件设计以及送丝软件设计,最终实现焊接飞溅小、精确时序控制以及等速送丝等目标。
A CO,2, gas shielded welding machine based on dsPIC30F4011 is designed. In order to reduce the loss of power switch tube and improve the electromagnetic inter-ference of welding machine, the main circuit adopts the phase-shifting full bridge soft switch circuit,which makes the super forearm realize ZVS with constant frequency and pulse width, and the lagging arm realize ZCS with constant frequency and width,which improves the overall performance of welding machine. The design of the main transformer is the key and difficult point. It is analyzed and designed from three aspects: the selection of magnetic core material,the selection of magnetic core model and the design of coil winding.dsPIC30F4011 is selected as the main control chip in the control circuit to monitor the working state of the welding machine in real time. According to the DSC hardware circuit,the corresponding software program is designed. The software program adopts modular design,including wave control software design,program control software design and wire feeding software design. Finally,the goal of small welding spatter,precise timing control and constant wire feeding is achieved.
