This paper introduces the composition and basic operation principle of the Dual-Robot Simulation Platform System for Truck Axle Welding through realistic scene simulation. The Dual-robot welding experiment for Truck Axle is carried out based on Dual-Robot welding system and automatically running program. Results show that the Dual-Robot Simulation Platform System can give full support for the advanced functions and take a huge role on Flexible Processing System. The article also introduces the platform in the practical teaching of auto-arc welding robot system.
