In recent years,the use of galvanized steel plate has led to the increasingly prominent problem of welding spatter,which has seriously affected the welding quality of the body. This paper proposes a fast identification method of resistance spot welding spatter based on data statistics. By collecting the welding current and welding voltage in the process of spot welding,the dynamic resistance curve of the welding process is calculated,and the change process of the curve is analyzed by using the data statistics method to realize The method simplifies the spatter recognition algorithm and can be transplanted to MCU to realize the edge calculation of online spatter recognition.
