摘要

针对卢塞尔体育场项目,详述工厂制作时本项目的 QA/QC质量管理,制定了项目检验和检测计划ITP,详述人员资质、材料管理、项目检验等具体要求。同时以典型柱脚节点为例进行关键工艺研究,通过制作工艺研究、小夹角焊接技术、大截面端铣技术、大角度坡口开设等技术的应用,实现本工程构件质量控制要求。

Abstract

For the Lusail Stadium project,this article states the QA/QC quality management of this project at the time of factory production,we developed a project inspection and testing plan ITP,which also described specific requirements of personnel qualification,material management,project inspection,etc. At the same time,the typical column foot node is taken as an example to carry out key process research. Based on the research of manufacturing technology,small angle welding technology,large section end milling and wide-angle groove open technology,etc. We can achieve the quality control requirements of this project component.
