航天器热试验所用热电偶插头采用手工焊接的方式。随着我国型号研制任务的增多,手工焊接工艺效率低、焊接质量无法保证的问题暴露无遗。为了保证生产进度,提高插头焊接效率和焊点质量,引入焊接机器人,实现热电偶插头的自动焊接工艺。针对自动焊接工艺下不同批次铜线对焊和热电偶多一个焊点的问题,采用比较法开展了耐拉力试验、正常工况测温性能试验和极限拉偏测温性能试验等工艺对比试验,通过试验数据的对比分析,验证了热电偶插头自动焊接工艺的可靠性。
The thermocouple plugs used in spacecraft thermal test are manually welded. With the increase of model development tasks in China,the problems of low efficiency of manual welding process and insufficient welding quality have been exposed. In order to ensure the production progress,improve the efficiency of plug welding and the quality of welding joints,a welding robot is introduced to realize the automatic welding process of thermocouple plugs. In order to solve the problem that different batches of copper wire butt welding and thermocouple have more than one welding joint under automatic welding process,the comparative tests of tension resistance test,temperature measurement performance test under normal working conditions and temperature measurement performance test under extreme tension deviation are carried out by using comparative method. The reliability of automatic welding process for thermocouple plug is verified through comparative analysis of test data.
