摘要

针对轨道车辆常用的1.5 mm-EN1.4318+2G和1.5 mm-SUS301L-HT奥氏体不锈钢板材,利用中频逆变式电阻点焊机分别进行常规点焊和焊前预涂结构胶的胶接点焊,焊后根据相关标准进行外观检验、断面检验、拉伸剪切试验和金相组织分析。试验结果表明,在较小的焊接热输入及电极压力条件下,胶接电阻点焊接头外观质量良好,焊接痕迹较轻,熔核直径、熔透率和拉伸剪切载荷均符合轨道车辆产品规定的要求,其中拉伸剪切强度明显高于常规的点焊接头。

Abstract

In this paper,stainless steel of railway vehicles（1.5 mm-EN1.4318+2 G and 1.5 mm-SUS301 L-HT）were welded by conventional spot welding and spot weld bonding with precoated structural adhesive on intermediate frequency inverter resistance spot welding machine.Visual testing,macroscopic examination,shear tensile testing,and metallographic examination were carried on according to the product standard after welding. Results show that the spot weld bonding joints have good appearance quality and shallow surface indentation under lower welding current and electrode force. Moreover,penetration rates and nugget diameter of bonding joints meet the product requirements,and the spot weld bonding joints have better tensile shear property than the conventional spot welded joints.
