摘要

在汽车轻量化中大量使用异种材料混合结构,使得钢和铝的电阻点焊技术成为汽车轻量化的核心技术。由于钢材和铝板的冶金学性能和热力学性能存在巨大差异,钢铝点焊技术尚不成熟。描述了钢铝点焊的原理,阐述钢铝点焊技术目前存在的难点,归纳总结当前钢铝点焊的研究热点和研究现状,并探讨钢铝点焊未来的研究方向。

Abstract

Dissimilar materials hybrid structures are widely used in lightweight of automobile, and the Al-steel resistance spot welding（RSW） is the core technique in the lightweight of automobile. However, the Al-steel RSW technique is not mature because of the huge differences of the metallurgical properties and thermodynamic properties between Al and steel. The theory and difficulties of Al-steel RSW are described, the research hotspot and status of Al-steel RSW are summarized and the future research directions is discussed.
