摘要

探讨轨道车辆不锈钢车体激光焊接技术的应用研究,概述不锈钢车体焊接的现状和发展,从激光焊接技术的焊接原理、焊接方法和焊接影响因素出发,以轨道车辆行业龙头企业的激光焊工艺为基础,介绍激光焊的设备、试验方法和试验仪器,基于相关工艺试验数据,从材料焊接后的组织性能分析说明不锈钢车体激光焊接技术的优缺点及试验原理。

Abstract

The application and research of laser welding technology for stainless steel car body of railway vehicle are discussed. First,the present situation and development history of laser welding for stainless steel car body are introduced. Then,starting from the welding principle,welding method and welding influence factors of laser welding technology,based on the laser welding technology of leading enterprises in railway vehicle industry,the laser welding is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of laser welding technology for stainless steel car-body and its testing principle are illustrated from the analysis of the microstructure properties of material after welding by using the relevant technological test data.
