对比分析现场钢轨焊接的几种方法可知,钢轨现场闪光焊的排放量最高,但高质量、高效率的特点使其在现场钢轨焊接中占据着不可替代的主导地位。分析现场钢轨闪光焊接排放严重的原因:加热需要的发电机功率大且加热过程中的液桥形成和爆破导致发电机组瞬时过载,发电机的不完全燃烧形成油烟颗粒物排放与CO等有害气体排放,在无缝线路施工特别是地铁无缝线路施工中带来很大的危害。在此基础上基于UN5-150ZB系列焊机,分析了普遍采用的焊接工艺与发电机组排放之间的关系,针对焊接电流、电压、送进速度、后退速度及带电顶锻时间等焊接工艺参数,提出了新的减少排放的技术策略,通过工艺试验得到满足TBT1632-2014标准要求的工艺参数,较大改善了地铁施工环境。此外,针对发电机组介绍了采用新型附加装置减少排放的措施。
Through the comparative analysis of several methods of on-site rail welding,it can be seen that the on-site flash butt welding has the highest emission. However,the high quality and high efficiency makes it occupy an irreplaceable dominant position in the field of rail welding. In this paper,the causes of serious emissions from on-site flash butt welding were analyzed:the generator power required for heating is very large and the liquid bridge formation and blasting during heating causes transient overload of the generator set;incomplete combustion of the generator creates harmful fume particulate emissions such as CO and etc.,this can be very harmful in the seamless railway construction,especially bring great harm in the construction of the seamless subway. Based on UN5-150 ZB series welding machine,analyzed the relationship between the commonly used welding process and generator set emissions,and further proposed a new emission reduction technology strategy considering welding process parameters such as welding current,voltage,feeding speed,retreat speed and live upset time and etc. Through the process test,we obtained the process parameters that satisfying the requirements of TBT1632-2014,and this greatly improved the subway construction environment. In addition,new attachments to reduce emissions for generator sets were also introduced.
