摘要

随着风力发电应用的日趋广泛,对电机制造企业提出更高的质量要求。针对大型风力发电转子42Cr Mo转子轴与Q235辐板焊接过程中质量控制现状及存在的问题,通过采用合理的焊接工装、装配和焊接工艺,有效地控制焊接质量和焊接变形,保证电机转子的使用性能,为同类电机转子的焊接提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract

With the increasing application of wind power generation,higher quality requirements for motor manufacturing enterprises are put forward.According to the quality control situation and existing problems of 42 Cr Mo rotor and Q235 web welding of large wind power generator,through the use of reasonable welding tooling,assembly and welding processes,the welding quality and welding deformation are effectively controlled to ensure the performance of the motor rotor,providing reference and reference for the welding of similar motor rotor.
