摘要

采用自制马氏体耐磨药芯焊丝制备马氏体堆焊层,通过焊接实验研究其焊接成形,并分析其组织和性能。结果表明:堆焊组织为马氏体+残余奥氏体组织,其平均硬度为50 HRC,堆焊层底部硬度低于表面硬度;堆焊层平均磨损失重为1.7 mg,堆焊层耐磨性优于42Cr Mo材料,堆焊层平均抗弯强度为1 182 MPa,与42Cr Mo钢材的抗弯强度较为接近。

Abstract

Surfacing weld was carried out by using martensitic wear-resistant flux cored wire.The welding form,microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results show that the weld characterized by martensite and retained austenite and the average hardness is 50 HRC.The average of surfacing weld wear loss is 1.7 mg,which is better than that of 42 Cr Mo steel.The average bending strength of layer surfacing weld is 1 182 MPa,which is similar to 42 Cr Mo steel.
