摘要

采用埋弧自动焊工艺对国产三代核电"华龙一号"安注箱中壳体瓜瓣拼缝进行焊接,选用专用球罐变位器配合ESAB十字臂窄间隙埋弧自动焊机,实现球罐弧形曲线拼接焊缝的自动化焊接。研究材料、电流、电压、变位器翻转速度、焊缝坡口形式对焊接质量的影响。从坡口设计、焊接方式选择、瓜瓣压制尺寸控制、装配尺寸控制、焊接过程控制、施焊顺序等方面采取措施,全方位做好工艺策划,最终完成了国产三代核电"华龙一号"3台安注箱球罐中壳体瓜瓣拼接焊缝的焊接。

Abstract

Accumulator middle tread run is welded by submerged arc welding for HL1000 nuclear plant in China. The welding is performed with the combination of sphere positioner and narrow gap submerged arc welding machine,and the automation welding of sphere arc-shaped curve welds of ACC middle tread run is realized. The influence factors for welding quality are discussed from material,welding current,voltage,rolling speed of the positioner and weld groove type. The measures are adopted from the design of groove,the selection of welding methods,the control of the size of middle tread run,the control of assembly size,the control of welding process,the welding sequence and so on,and the technology planning is done in all directions. Finally,the welding of three accumulator middle tread runs for HL1000 nuclear plant is accomplished.
