Because the welding production process is restricted by conditions of welding equipment,regional distribution and environment,real-time monitoring and management of welding parameters is particularly important,and achieving welding production monitoring requires high reliability,good real-time,convenient wiring and flexible network wired or wireless communication technology as the support. ZigBee technology is one of the wireless data transmission technologies,which is better than the traditional cable communication methods mainly using serial bus,field bus and industrial Ethernet. The application of ZigBee wireless digital transmission technology in welding process parameters collection,welding environment monitoring and application of ZigBee technology and other communication protocol interaction are introduced and analyzed in detail in the welding process analysis of application.Therefore,the application value and importance of ZigBee technology in welding parameter acquisition and analysis are affirmed.
