    摘要

    利用X射线衍射法和超声临界折射纵波法测量和分析S355J2W钢MAG焊接接头的起弧区、中心区和收弧区残余应力。结果表明:超声波法和X射线衍射法均可用于S355J2W钢MAG焊接接头的残余应力测量,在焊缝和热影响区,超声波法的应力测量值比X射线法的大3040 MPa。各测试区残余应力分布趋势相近,在焊缝及近缝热影响区为数值较大的残余拉应力,远离焊缝中心的母材为压应力。中心区的残余应力峰值大于起弧区和收弧区。

    Abstract

    The residual stress of the S355 J2 W steel MAG welded joint was measured and analyzed by X-ray diffraction method and ultrasonic critical refraction longitudinal wave method. The results show that:the X-ray diffraction method and ultrasonic critical refraction longitudinal wave method can be used for S355 J2 W steel MAG welded joint residual stress measurement. The residual stress value of the ultrasonic method is 30 40 MPa larger than that of the X-ray method in the weld and heat affected zone. The distribution of residual stress in each test area is similar,and the residual tensile stress is larger in the weld and heat affected zone,and the base metal which is away from the center of the weld is residual compressive stress. The residual stress peak of the central area of is greater than the starting arc region and the ending arc region.
